Never anyone available to help with basic accounting needs. I think everyone must be "working" from home, and they don't have time to actually interact with clients in person.

Seriously we came in sat waiting for someone to ask what we need theres no signs saying we need an appt. Until almost an hour we came up to the teller and told us we need an appt. I mean they saw us seating here why not ask, oh maybe its not there job to be courteous. We were the only ones seating. Teach your employees to be more professional.

The female manager is rude and unhelpful! She takes my payroll check tha I'm cashing due to the company using Wells Fargo, when she run the check through her scanner the machine ate the check up. After literal 10 mins she gets the pieces out and begins finalizing cashing my check, she then states rheir is a $7 fee for cashing their own check!, she never mentioned before this moment or I would have gone elsewhere! I never heard of a bank charging to cash there own checks, and especially not making you wait al.ost 20 minutes to know!

What a surprise, they closing the drive-through, on Nov. for me was really good because my handicap conditions, so I need to find another location that still had the drive-through. Thank you to al the employees that help me through the years.

If I could zero stars i would. After 25 years this banking institution wants to nickle and dime you over everything! Just closed my accounts with Stacy Goodlow. She did absolutely NOTHING to retain my business. If you want to pay a second rate institution to utilize your financial needs, look no further than Wells Fargo.

God forbid an actual human answer the phone or when you show up to make a deposit you can make one without having an appointment. Meanwhile, there are plenty of people stationed at their desks assisting no one. This branch works hard at not working.
