Daniel was very helpful. The remote financing did an amazing job getting us the best rate. We got a great truck at a great price, and their service department followed up with a part we needed. They even offered to deliver the vehicle. I would not hesitate to buy from Fast again.

(Very late review!) Back in April 2014, saw a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK listed online. Went to check it out, took it for a drive and thought everything was fine. Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. I thing his name was Seth. The day I went to pick it up, while accelerating onto the PGB Tollway, I smelled something burning and the temp guage went all the way to the right to the 3/4 mark. I got off real quick and pulled over. Called Seth, drove to their shop. Seth got me in touch with Chris Voorheis. There was a crack in the engine block. Even though the vehicle is sold as-is, the team worked with me to get this repaired for a fraction of the actual cost. I was without a vehicle for a month. However, given how they were willing to work with me, I highly recommend this dealership. I felt that they do love what they do and care about their customers.

It’s a three hour turnaround for me to come to my house in Fort Worth to come see you guys today. I was coming to look at a 2001 Mustang cobra and I talked to a gentleman and he said that the convertible top needed some work and that it would be done in a couple days. So the convertible top got fixed and I told him I would be there today at noon. I reconnected with him and said it’s probably gonna be closer to 1 o’clock. I get there and I find out that the car is on the rack because now they’re replacing the rear brake pads. Well, I have other appointments today and so now I’ve just wasted three hours of my day going to see a car that I can’t see because someone didn’t have the fourth thought to reach out to me and say hey the car you’re driving a long distance to go see isn’t even ready yet. So thank you so much for wasting three hours of my time today for a car. I can’t even look at. What an absolute joke.

I found a used car that we wanted to purchase. Customer service seemed great, but after going thru the credit check process to get approval for a loan, AFTER they pulled my credit, they sold the car to someone else. The car salesman I worked with said that I would have needed to put more money down to make the deal work, something I would have done, but they never called me. Instead, they sold to someone else. I would recommend NOT buying from these guys. I can’t speak to the quality of the cars they sell, but I I think integrity matters and now I’ve got a knocked credit score and need to purchase another vehicle.

It's not fun when your vehicle has damage, but these guys did outstanding work fixing my truck. The process was smooth and painless. I was always kept up to date with progress of the repairs. Outstanding customer service!
