Don’t waste your time or money at this location (they are a franchise location ) they can’t help you with anything except taking your money. Referred me to Best Buy or Apple for support ( that’s not where they referred me when I bought the phone ) Even when calling AT&T they suggested I only go to an actual AT&T store not a franchise .

Today is 4/17/2025, I literally was having trouble with my cell. I walked in at AT&T all stressing because of my phone and seriously these 3 are the nicest guys right away they greeted me they were very polite, professional & nice and guess they fit my phone working within minutes.
Thank you Guys so so much 😁 I’m a happy camper!! Y’all are awesome!

This people are thiefs 🤮 the sales person will sell you a pretty deal they tacke your money for the taxes of the new cellphone and take you old cellphone. days later the manager will act like the sales person did not have the knowledge or the right information. so there for they don't honor the deal and you stuck .they take advantage of you .wach out 😡😡😡😡

Daniel was very helpful and had my son’s phone issue corrected in just a few minutes. He also saved me some money while I was there! Can’t say enough about how helpful Daniel was to us.
