While I find Elaine incredibly sweet and kind, I’m currently embarrassed to go out in public because of a horrible experience with Botox and 2500.00 worth of services that have no results whatsoever. My eyes are horrible. I can’t put eyeliner or mascara on without holding my eye lids up. Then mascara gets all over my eyes. I look like I’m suffering from some sort of allergies out there. I advised her what not to do because I didn’t want my eyelids to droop. Went back to fix it and it’s worse. My friend that went before me has one eye that is drooping so bad and so visible. I’m not just talking about eyelids, hers is the whole left eye. Would not recommend for any Botox, collagen or ANY injections. A lot of money for horrible results. Very sad.

My daughter and I did a 90 minute pkg for Mental Clarity. We were supposed to get a scalp and face massage with water streaming, etc.
First We sat in a chair with our feet in a warm foot bath for a while, then they massaged our arms and legs. I have varicose veins, so my legs are sensitive to being massaged deeply. I told the girl this and she didn’t respond, just smiled. I put my hand on her arm and shook my head no, so she stopped. Next We went to massage chairs. I asked her to please turn it down on my legs because it hurt. I kept telling her Hurts and she touched my neck and my arm , but not my legs. I asked, Do You Know English and she got the front desk lady. They turned the massage off. The chair was holding my arms and legs so tight that I couldn’t even flag her my moving them. When she massaged my head, it felt like claws scratching me, but I just endured it and prayed for her to finish without injuring me. She was very nice and smiled, so I believe that she needs more training and needs to at least know English In body parts.
For 2 days afterwards, I had to take Ibuprofen and I felt like I had been beat up! I was sore everywhere .
When We left, my daughter said that she told them not to turn her massage chair on, but they did anyway. Her girl didn’t respond to anything she said either and she had to go to the Chiropractor the next day because her back hurt so bad.
The other services may be great, but I wouldn’t recommend the spa service. I hope this helps others!

My friend and I recently booked the 120-minute hair spa package, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of expectations.
The service began with 30 minutes of sitting with our feet in a basin of warm, bubbling water, followed by a brief 5-minute hand, arm, and neck massage. I was then asked to lie down in a massage chair while a steady stream of water was run through my hair for approximately 15 minutes. The remaining 70 minutes consisted of an inconsistent and incomplete scalp massage. The attendant frequently stopped to use her phone for extended periods of time, and large areas of my scalp were left untouched.
Additionally, the service did not include the double shampoo and rinse as advertised—nor did I receive the steam eye mask. Most of the arm, hand, and knuckle massage was done by the massage chair itself, which happens to be the same model I have at home. The facial portion included a one-minute cleanse that barely covered my face, followed by a mask.
While the person who accompanied me did receive two shampoos and a hand massage from her attendant, she found the experience uncomfortable and even reported being scratched.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not match the description of the package. I would not recommend this place based on our visit, and I hope this review is helpful for others considering this location.

Had a great experience! There were times my hair was just having the water run on it but that was nice. The lady was very communicative during the process and after Informed me of where to go to dry my hair and brush it out. I have scalpel psoriasis and my head has never felt better and flake free! As a mom to 3 kids under 6 this was the perfect place for some pampering. It was very quiet and relaxing. My oldest says my hair spells yummy 😂

I called with a question to see if she would honor the 50 Groupon price for hair massage and needed up paying 114.00! She kept asking if I wanted this and that and nickel and dimed me. I ended up with ratted hair and a subpar experience. Along with I kept telling her my back was wet. Water was running down my back continuously. I will never go back! With the store being dead I should have known.

Such an amazing experience. I came here for the first time to receive a head spa and facial and needless to say I was extremely satisfied. The esthetician was so kind and made sure I was completely pampered. She also advised me on the other services she provides and I will definitely be back for more services.
