Do not bank here. Especially avoid any interactions with an associate by the name Barry. Bank manager will not make the situation right for their associates mistake.

I have been standing in line at the teller office for a hour waiting on them to cash the temporary check they gave a business and then after they call and verify the check that came from there bank THREE times Tracy the only helpful person got it cashed then Abigail proceeded to basically toss the money at me and roll her eyes while saying can I do anything else for you? Like it’s my fault they didn’t want to cash their own check! I had to tell her to count the money out to me because she didn’t and put it in an envelope! Rude and nasty I will be calling the bank manger on Monday! As a small business owner I hope to NEVER have business with PNC AGAIN!

This is absolutely the worst bank ever. ROBERT is extremely rude and feels bothered to help you. I urge everyone to avoid this bank like the plague.

The people are very friendly. It's a great bank. However the app absolutely is horrible. Is the most unfriendly user app I have ever used. Constantly getting kicked off of it, even though I am signing in with the right user and password, constantly having to reset everything, and several times, because it tells me I have the wrong information. I do not have time to keep doing this, and messing with this. So I like the bank but the app is horrible

Extremely rude!!! Spoke to a lady in drive thru and she told me to come inside that she would help me. When I got inside she ignored me for 10 minutes and helped people that came in after I did in drive thru. She then told me she can’t help me inside and completely waisted my time!!! I hate this bank!!

I'm waiting on a debit card after almost 4 weeks and no card. I couldn't close the account due a POA error on your staff. You have excused for every visit, so I closed all accounts.
