The staff are courteous and friendly and take a personal interest. They're online cameras allow us to check on our fur baby. I think the fees are reasonable and they have discounts available (half price days, multi day packages). We feel comfortable leaving our puppy there.

When we moved to the area about 3 years ago, we took our first dog here and she didn't have great experience so we changed.
Since our old groomer left, we checked back the review and booked with Mrs.Kat to try out.
I was very nervous about our first dog especially she's easy to get overwhelmed. However she loves her and so as our 2nd dog. We are so happy that they are on Mrs.Kat hands. Our dogs didnt listen to other groomers which they could not trim their feet and cut their nails but Mrs.Kat can !
We highly recommend especially if your dog is easy to get nervous/overwhelmed. We are very satisfied and relieved.

You can tell that everyone at camp really enjoys working with dogs. I’ve been using this location for about 3 years for both daycare and boarding. The booking and payment is always a smooth process and my dog comes home happy and tired. I drive out of my way to board my dog at this location because the people make it a great experience.

I have been a customer at Camp Bow Wow for about three years now. It's been a great way to socialize my dog with other dogs. I'm able to check-in on him via an online camera feed. Their procedures give me confidence that my pup is safe and secure.
Also, I groom my dog at CBW. I have tried several groomers, and I receive the best grooming here!

Camp Rowlett is amazing! They care so much about your pets. I have been using them for several years and drive 30 min just to use this location to board my Boston terrier for longer trips.

Highly recommended — not only the pet boarding, where we had the chance to leave our dog for several and felt very comfortable, but also the grooming service. Today we took her for the first time for a deshedding and bath, and they did an amazing job.

My 1 year old puppy is very high energy! We take him to Camp Bow Wow a few times a week and it’s really helped with his energy levels. On top of that, you can tell that they treat the dogs with love. My dog is always excited to see all the staff!

Camp Bow Wow Rowlett is the best of the best when it comes to dog services! My Logan and I love the staff, the activities all around service and care they provide. The pups literally have a camp calendar full of weekly events. Smell the roses was a cute activity along with making an actual tumbler, and taking camp pictures school edition! I drive over 20 miles to take him there and will always!
