At 11:32am today, the person loading , he didnt load me correctly, i was barely straight on the track, so once he started it , the track made my tire turn right . Now my car is not only shaking but i hear my cv axle. Yall should definitely be careful here

This location is cool but not like the one on Lemmon Ave. They have way more employees, they're more upbeat, energetic, and friendly. The attention to cleaning is better at this one though.

A mixed experience for $80.
I brought my SUV for their “mini detail” service in early August. The friendly advisor didn’t push hard to upsell, which is appreciated. The wash went as expected, and I proceeded to the detail section. However, the detail was disappointing. There were streaks everywhere they applied dressing, especially on the door panels and dash. The sun revealed the streaks, and the detail crew dropped my wristband outside the vehicle, which shows carelessness since it was on the gear selector and is located on the center console. The outside was also poorly done. The rocker panels had water spots, and some parts were wiped while others were not. I noticed these defects after leaving and returning 5 minutes later. The advisor addressed this with their team and corrected it, which I’m glad they did. However, for $80, this shouldn’t have happened. I considered them because they’re nearby, but I’ll take my business back to their competitor across the bridge that charges $30 less and does a better job.

Went to wash my car yesterday and my car came out very clean. Lots of improvement since the last time i was. Manager Juan is amazing person and does a amazing job at this car wash. Great work!!

Came here recently to get a car wash. Car wash great. I had an employee that did not understand English come up and tell me I couldent use certain towels and had to move my truck. I was not parked in their area ( detailing and what not) But what he failed to realize is that this blue eyed blonde hair man also speaks Spanish. I grew up in McAllen. There is no need to be rude over a towel. Yall need to get it together and train on proper customer service interaction and edicicate. There are 10 other car washes within a mile and I could have easy spent my 30 bucks elsewhere. I won't be returning and will let everyone know on every social media platforms I can get to. Yall suck, do better.

They put wax on my running boards and floor mat, needless to say I slid on the running board and asked him what he’d done “ We waxed it” he got a cloth and “wiped of the running board. They had also waxed the floor mat I didn’t realized that until my sneakers got waxy and , I just about managed to get home OK. I have just scrubbed both. I have a knot on my leg where I hit it on my door and a nice bruise. Don’t use this car wash!!!
