I am a frequent customer at Cato in Rowlett, Texas and I have never experienced anything but great customer service. Today, July 27th at 1:00, I entered the store and was not greeted (like I usually am) and even when the saleswoman saw I was there, she didn’t say a word. Unfortunately, I left the store although there were a lot of cute items I was interested in. I had never seen the salesperson before today. In the past, everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I hope this will not become the norm.

Cato's has a great selection of clothes and a ton of pants. I was able to get some really cute shoes at a discount and they were my perfect size! Cato's has their Spring collection out and it's really pretty. Lots of skirts and dressy jumpsuits. They have really pretty stackable rings as well. The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely return ?
Update: I returned a few days later and got a bunch of pretty tops! They were unboxing some new items so, I'm excited to see what they have in store ☺️

Don't have a good selection of sizes they usually only have large and x large. They will tell you to order what you need but that doesn't work if you need it right away. The prices are good but the merchandise is not actually Walmart has better quality that puts it in perspective

Great customer service. Excellent selections...customer representative will also order you products and or call and find products in your size....around your area!Can't beat this retail establishment for the wonderful assortment of styles, current trends and value!
