This is an institution based on being as rude as their intellectual ability's can muster. I deal with multiple banks & savings and loans. Chase banks have consistently employed the most asinine management . Chase bank. Rowlett is a particularly mismanaged branch. The best advice is to find any other financial institution you can. I am extremely satisfied with american National Bank. The best service in Texas.

I had very good experience at this location with Richard Grimes today. Very nice and helpful, and made the process as fast as possible. 10/10 would reccomend this branch.

Drive thru experience was ok, nothing overly special or bad. ATM was clean and updated. Was also well-lit and high trafficked area, so I felt safe.

Had a problem with a complicated business account setup and Demarias (I probably butchered her name) helped me and solved all of the problems. I will be doing more business with them.

I mostly use the drive-thru ATMs. What another customer said about one of the ATMs constantly being out of service is true. When I have to use the lobby, it's usually to get cash in 100 dollar bills - easier to count than 20s. Today I need a cashiers check but unfortunately, have to wait until 9am for lobby/drive-thru to open. A lady tried to open the door at 8:30am and when she realized they didn't open until 9am, she left very upset. I felt bad for her. I vote making them change their hours to open at 7am. People have places to go, people to see.

I've used the lobby, drive-thru, and ATM at this location for several years. I have noticed a downward change in the level of customer service, and I think it's due to being understaffed. There isn't a consistency of quality, so you never know how your visit will turn out... The drive-thru is achingly slow. I mean REALLY slow most of the time. Not just by the number of cars in line -- some days just two cars will take forever to complete transactions. I've actually sat in line for over 15 minutes while someone conducts business that should have been handled in the lobby. I've also sat in line for 15 minutes because there isn't enough staff to handle the drive-thru customers. A few times I've driven off and gone to another bank. I've always found the customer service people to be nice whether in the lobby or drive-thru, however. Seems that the lane reserved for business customers moves quicker, but there is usually just one car there. Hmmmm. Went to the drive-thru shortly after opening one morning to get change for a large bill. As usual these days, only two lanes are open but only one car is in each so I hoped for a quicker experience. Nope...after waiting a bit for the car ahead of me to finish, I move into position. The teller finally appears to tell me that they don't have any cash and she has to go to the vault. It will take a few minutes. Said they were really busy yesterday. And so I wait. And wait. And wait. She finally reappears with my change and apologizes for the delay. I laughed and asked if she was sure they had enough money for the day. As I drove off, I thought WTF????? You know you're going to open at 9 am - have your money drawers fully stocked and inventoried. That should be part of the "make ready" each day as you arrive for your shift. I never use the ATM because 8 times out of 10 it's out of money. In summary, consistency/quality and speed of service seem to be the standard problems. It's too bad, because it's definitely been much better.
