I am a first time mom and I had the biggest mom guilt returning to work. The Infant room teachers along with the director made it an easy transition for both me and baby. They have treated her with such kindness, love, and care. It puts my mind at ease to get to watch her play via the livestream app during my work day. She is happy when we drop her off, and happy when we pick her up! Thank you to management and staff

We’ve had our daughter there for 6 months and we love it!They take great care of her and there is even video access to your child during the entire day.They’ve helped our daughter with sitting, tummy time, and eating solids!Would recommend to anyone, whether a first time parent or not!

I simply love this daycare very clean very professional staff is awesome. My baby boy loves his teachers I love how he was able to transition being that he is a breastfeeding baby. He now eats table food they feed him really good. Which is awesome because we are weaning I am at peace when I am at work knowing that my baby is in good hands. I would totally recommend anyone to bring their child.

This is actually a good clean center that welcomes you in a warm manner it is very close to my house but however, my son could not stay at the center because we’re gonna try to get into Center with my school. I will probably use them for afterschool care. Most of all the Director Brooke is very nice thank you for having us for a very short time :)

The criticism of Miss Jessica by Mr. Hill is hilarious given the fact that their child, C, had issues with his behavior before he ever made it to Miss Jessica’s class. I was a parent at the “said” party mentioned. We have had nothing but positivity with Child Time. Love the school, love all the staff. The attention and care of the children is above and beyond. We have been at CT with our children for years and absolutely have loved each teacher/care giver. Miss Jessica is outstanding with the pre-k kids. Mr. Hill just doesn’t want to acknowledge that perhaps it’s their home life where the issue is, not the teacher or the school. Typical of someone that hands off their kid and expects others to raise them & perform miracles when they don’t want to deal with the issues at home. Great school! Thanks so much to all the staff that works so hard!

Came here for a tour and the place was super dirty. The lady updated me how understaffed they we're because of the teacher shortage and it shows. After giving my information they're marketing line hounded me for at least 60 days. Have good intentions just need more funding which considering how cheap it is makes sense!

In the beginning....everything was great. When it was time for him to move into the Pre-K room...everything went down hill and FAST! All of a sudden....he had all sorts of "behavior" issues. We couldn't put our finger on what was going on because the behaviors that they say he's displaying at the center...he didn't do at home. Fast forward a bit...we attended a party for one of the kids there and some of the parents expressed their dislike for the 2 teachers (Jessica and Yanka) in the Pre-K room. They say that the teachers will antagonize the children..get them worked up, then get the director Robin and/or the assistant director Kristy to witness the tail end of the issue. When you have teachers say the same thing/verify what we were told at the party...that is a major problem! Needless to say, we pulled him from Childtime and we will be getting in touch with cooperate. The sad part is..I'm sure they will not do anything about our complaint! Before you bring your child there...please do your research! There are better schools out there. We found one!!

I just started my child at this day on March 24th 2021 the daycare had updates on him the entire day I felt comfortable because the school updated me but once I arrived he seemed very unhappy after I picked him up and I wondered why and on March 25th 2021 after I picked my child up from daycare he became very ill to where he could not even hold up his head and he was very drowsy. He also screamed as he saw me and started crying hysterically. I rushed him to urgent care 5:45pm after I stopped to get him some food and he would not touch his food and he could not keep his eyes opened and I was very afraid that maybe they gave him too much medication or something. I messaged the daycare after hours to give them an update after we made it to the clinic my child puked 7 times. The Doctor informed me he caught a virus. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AS TO WHY MY CHILD CAUGHT SOMETHING FROM THIS UNSANITARY DAYCARE JUST A DAY AFTER HE STARTED. He started feeling better over the weekend and I did not let him come Monday just to make sure he got over his symptoms and Tuesday morning today on March 30th 2021 I watched my child on the live stream the daycare offers and 5 children snatched toys away from him and pushed him and one little boy even hit my child in the back of the head and I called and informed the daycare the director was suppose to inform his teacher and another child proceeded to push my child AGAIN 30 minutes after I made my phone call. I pulled my child out of this facility today! HE WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE AND I WILL MAKE SURE ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS KNOW ABOUT THIS TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Think twice before you put your child here. My 8 month old was only there for 6 weeks and had 4 head injuries. The first 2 from playing, so understandable, the last 2 he was left unattended by his teacher, left sitting on concrete and tile. Both times he was “out of range” of the cameras. I took him out, which I should have done long before, and then when I called corporate to report it, they had the director call, who was extremely rude and dismissive, and when I asked for the video footage leading up to and following what happened she told me it was unavailable and that they don’t keep the recordings for very long. What kind of place that takes care of children doesn’t keep video footage? I’ll tell you who! The same ones that leave 8 month olds unattended! I hate this happened, and was really excited for him to go here after the good reviews I read, but obviously the teachers in the infant room need more training because this is unacceptable.

Waited over 30mins to pick my child up! Not one person asked me who I was there to pick up or would even make eye contact with me. Eventually I had to grab a girl to ask her where my kid was after standing in the cold for 30mins with 5 other parents who were also being ignored. Not happy!

My daughter goes there not a good place fixing to un enrolled her from there a week from now every time I pick my daughter up her noise is dirty food in her hair there using her supply’s on other babies I can go on and on bout child time. From day one we had a issues with the staff the director robin is a racist

I wouldn’t want my kids at any other center! My girls have been going to this location for a little over 2 years and they love it! We love all the teacher’s and Robin and Kristy are amazing! I so appreciate them taking such great care of my girls while Mom and Dad work full time. I highly recommend this daycare center! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
