I gave them a 3 because it's convenient to go there but they have so many recalls on great value brand products that I want to give them a one star. Read the ingredients on your food, please. That being said the store is normally clean and convenient to get every day items.

Pickup orders are ridiculous! Poor selection picked out for fruits and vegetables!! Then over and over items are supposedly not available but when you go in the store there it is on the shelf!!!

Didn’t expect for a quick trip to Walmart to end up with me writing a bad review. I was in the self check out doing what I had to do around 10:05 and there’s a lady infront of mine struggling to do what she needs to do on her machine. There’s a “customer service” employee just staring at her and the customer looks lost it takes a while for the employee to even acknowledge her when she finally decides to do something and walk up there’s clearly a language barrier and I’m not saying roll out a carpet for the customer but try. The employee eventually unlocks the machine and does it with the nastiest attitude. Please get her out or put her in the back.

I went to the female restroom at the front of the building and there was FECES on the toilet in the first stall. This was completely unacceptable and very disgusting!!! I reported this to two associates (female & male), whom were near the check out lanes. The female associate told me that she saw it earlier and reported a few hours ago but no one cleaned the restroom. I wanted to notify you of this due to the unsanitary and unhealthy disposition of the restroom, as well as your store.

This Walmart is clean and organized, but nonetheless has terrible customer service. I came into the store yesterday evening, to return a slow cooker that was of poor quality, over at customer service. When I arrived at the customer service center, I was met with a rude associate named “Laurie”, who asked if the item was purchased through an online order or at the store. I told her it was delivered to our house, as my mother was the one who purchased it, not myself keep in mind, and that the machine was not of good quality, which is why I was returning it. After explaining such to “Laurie”, she decided to roll her eyes and sarcastically say “that’s an online order” in a passive aggressive manner, as if I am supposed to automatically know that, as I was not the one who had the item delivered to my house, my mother was. She then proceeded to open the box, asked if it was used, which I had already told her that it was not used, and that it was returnable. She asked which card I used, and I showed her which one, with her then responding to me saying “I don’t need the card, thank you”, once again in a harsh and unkind way. I eventually got my receipt showing what I returned, as well as the printed paper that displayed the product I had just returned. I do not wish to return to this store, nor to receive this type of poor customer service. This experience was ridiculous, just ridiculous.

If I could give 0stars I would . Canceled my first order and customer service assured me I could reorder and everything would be fine . Only for me to reorder and have my order canceled AGAIN. So thanks to Walmart my daughter won’t have a cake on Saturday for her birthday party . Thanks for ruining everything Walmart . Here NOTHING IS BETTER

Bought a combination Hart trimmer/blower. Was several days before I opened it for use. Notrimmer inside but contained extra trimmer accessories. Being treated like a suspicious person. My fault because I did not open and dump contents on store floor. I just want what I paid for and will gladly return the "extra" parts. I regularly shop this store in Wylie, TX and am recognized by many a friends with others. I resent this treatment by a person whom I must suspect ones background and heritage.

Cleaner and better organized than most Walmarts but otherwise pretty standard Walmart. They got everything down to a science at this point.

Whenever I need to call Walmart, they never and I mean never answer the phone. It'll hang up and then I have to call back to speak with somebody but can't because they don't pick up their phone. So why list of phone number if they don't pick up? I can walk there faster and find out the information I need. I can walk there while the phone is so ringing from Walmart. And they have a cashier who likes to watch you scan everything and breathe down your back while you do it. I could literally feel his breath on the back of my neck and asked him to back up due to covet. But even before covid started if I could touch you you're too close and he was way too close
