Very satisfied with their service. Their installer (Cord) called the day of the appointment and was right on time. He completed his installation of a new opener within an hour and explained the features and other door improvements that I might want to consider. Left the garage with no mess. Opener works great!
I again had my gate serviced and the work was thorough. Parts were tested, lubricated, cleaned and adjusted as necessary. My servicemen, Chance, did an excellent job. I continue to highly recommend them for your service needs.

I noticed that some of the rollers on my garage door had fallen out of the tracks. Since it was Labor Day weekend, I called Complete Overhead Door first thing on Tuesday. I was surprised to get an appointment the same morning! Rashon gave me a courtesy call when he was 15 min from arrival. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, and he got everything working beautifully again within two hours. No more danger from dangling door panels! I am a very happy with the entire experience. Thank you so much!

I had been having trouble with my door sensors and admittedly Complete Overhead Door was my second call after receiving a $1,400 quote to replace the whole garage motor from another company. Roshon came out and in minutes diagnosed the issue, and the fix was only $89!!! I appreciate that he took the time to listen to my observation of the issue and he was very honest, never once tried to upsell me on anything. He saved me so much money!! What a great company to do business with, Complete Overhead Door will now be my go-to for any garage door needs. Call them, you won’t regret it!

Roshon did a really good job! He came out and he knew exactly what spring size I needed. He installed the new springs and wheels. He knew exactly how many turns on the springs he needed to balance the door. He also said the wheels bearings were shot as he shook one and it sounded like a maraca. I’d use Roshon again!
