This location has not sold food or drinks for months, I used to gladly stop here on my way home from work to get gas and a drink and now I just go out of my way to avoid making two stops. I would love to start going back to this location, but I can’t imagine that the reason they are all of a sudden not allowed to sell food or drink could be very good so unfortunately I’ll continue to go out of my way.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I made a purchase from the Too Good To Go app. The food I received was little junky items. There was an old Christmas candy, a protein bar that expired a month ago, and a candy bar that expired 3 months ago. This food should have been thrown away, not sold! The store smelled awful like urine, bad smell. I wasted my money on that place. I will not go back there for anything in that store.

Saw a rat run across an aisle and went under the fridge/cooler. Also an unpleasant odor in there.

I participated in a too good to go purchase when I came to pick up the food I was told that they didn't do that here after being turned away he then tried to give me a $1 Rice krispie treat for the $4 surprise bag that I paid I was under the impression I was going to have stuff for my son to eat through the day for cheap since he was home from school and I'm unemployed and while yes this isn't guaranteed they had plenty of stuff there to give so now not only have I been robbed but the $1 Rice krispie treat is supposed to make it okay not only that after all is said and done yes he did tell me to come in and take whatever I want but then I have to wonder if that's stealing because they're supposed to have these things already prepackaged before you get there I did get to speak to them a manager on the phone I'm not too sure what manager it was but they didn't seem to really know what was going on either

These people are rude and lack basic customer service skills and training. I went here last night and I guess they close at 11. But there has been many time when I have went around 10:30 and the place is completely locked up. However, last night I went to get milk with my daughter and at 10:48, we’re checking out and my daughter looks at this frosted mermaid cookie sitting on the counter. The Asian/Oriental lady gone say very rudely “Hurry up , I’m tryna close” and responded and told her she was rude as hell and not to speak to me or my child that way. It’s ridiculous.. especially when you know YOU NEED A JOB. If you don’t like the community or lack respect for the people in that community ..GO AWAY ! Your piss poor attitude is ALWAYS NASTY. This is not the first encounter I have had with her . And for that I will be filing a complaint with corporate. She is constantly giving me and other people who look like me the stink eye like she doesn’t want us in there. Your commentary was unnecessary, inappropriate, tasteless and TACKY. And you should be dealt with.

Got overcharged by whatever new system they're using to check out, and when I went to get a refund, the cashier refused until we asked multiple more times. Both cashiers were both very rude about the situation and acted like me and the person I was with was in the wrong. I usually try to be kind and understanding to service workers, but there needs to be mutual respect. This happened 12/15/23 around 7-8 pm.** Only two products purchased, charged for five.*** We never saw this system before and granted it wasn't directly the cashier's fault, the cashier didn't even attempt to talk us through it like other places do. In fact, not a single word was said to us. (And like previously said before, the cashier was reluctant to give a refund after we explained the situation.)

The most rude customer service. After getting overcharged by their machine they use to check out, they refused to give a refund and instead told us to get three more products (bought two, charged for five). After a back and forth, we were finally able to get a refund. Both cashiers had a bad attitude about it.

The hours show they open at 6am. They are rarely open at 6:30, and the morning attendant on weekdays is incredibly rude. I pulled on the door handle just after 6:30 one morning, which was locked. He unlocked the door then yelled at me “Are you trying to break my door!?” I went straight to the counter to purchase something, he went straight to stocking and completely ignored me while I stood waiting patiently. People are trying to get to work in the morning! We don’t have time for this nonsense. You’re losing so much money by not being opened in the morning.

I’m so tired of the poor customer service here, I’m done with you Circle K. You have self serve checkout that doesn’t work, and in fact requires that I get help from the cashier that gives poor service. And to top all of that off when I tried tonight to get gas before 11pm the pumps were shut off and the MANAGER was in the store doors locked shaking her head!! Are you kidding me?!?!?! It’s a lose lose situation here. I live right down the street and will be bypassing this station.

The worst gas station ever.. they always close early..8 or 9 pm on a weekday.. RIDICULOUS! and whoever these new females are working in this place are rude and ugly, not my fault y'all stuck working a dead end job with crooked eye lashes.

There was some sort of glue on the gas pumps, which destroyed my wallet. When I went in and told the girl, she didn't even say sorry, or put a note or bag over the pump. Horrible customer service.
