I went in on a Thursday morning at 9 am for a flu shot. There weren't any customers in sight except for the drive-thru and I saw four people working in the pharmacy. A tech approached and when I said I was there for a flu shot the tech said they don't give flu shots that early and told me to come back at 10 am. This is a health hub location too which supposedly offers more services than most CVS stores. I guess that doesn't include flu shots on request. Please have the RX and front store staffs to stop telling people to come in at any time for a flu shot, no appointment needed if this isn't the case. I drove to another CVS and got my flu shot. At the second location they told me I should have been able to get the shot at the first location at 9 am.

Really, CVS? I had to go to an after hours clinic for a UTI. Your web site said the pharmacy was open until 10. It actually closed at 6. The clinic sent my scripts to you thinking you were still open. So I have to go without my meds until you open again tomorrow. If I had known, I would have found a pharmacy that was open. Now, I have to suffer another night. Please update your hours. There are too many pharmacies around for me to depend on you.

Shocked, I thought that your clinic would be more reasonable with a cash paying client.... I paid 234.00 to you to tell me take my son home and put him on asprin. Shame on you, we will never be back and telling all of our friends and fellow parents !!!

I really don't shop here, I normally just pick up my wife's prescriptions. The store is usually clean and shelves stocked most of the time. When we do wait for prescriptions to be filled, we walk around and look at whats on sale. Seem to have good deals, just not my go to store. The staff seems to want to be helpful, only when you go ask for assistance. Tonight the pharmacist was friendly and very polite and filled my prescription in a pretty short time. My wife uses their awards card program, she likes its just not much to it for me.

This is the best store ever. I am always greeted just coming in the store from voices all over the place. People go out of their way to help you find things. And I can't say enough about the Pharmacy. They are such a help in getting medicine. They call me to get refills. My previous pharmacy seemed as though they did everything to keep me from getting it. They treat you well. Just tried the Minute Clinic yesterday for the first time and helpful customer service was experienced their as well. This CVS does it right.

Pharmacy hours are incredibly limited and not helpful at all. Closing at 6pm on Saturday is useless for those of us who work weekends.
