We personally know our doctor, and she called in a prescription for my sister around 5 PM. We arrived at the pharmacy around 6:45 PM to pick it up. The guy at the window was helpful, but then a thin white woman with a long face came over and told us we couldn’t be on the phone with our doctor—who we know personally—and claimed the prescription hadn’t been called in.
After waiting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes, they finally told us they hadn’t filled it yet and asked us to wait another 15 minutes. We waited, then went inside the store, only to be told to wait another 10 minutes, which turned into 20. We finally got the prescription about an hour after we arrived.
What really bothers me is that our doctor had to call us before to warn us to be polite to the pharmacist because she had been rude over the phone and might refuse to fill the prescription. To me, that’s unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend going to this pharmacy.

I love this cvs they always have mark downs that are not out of date at all they just don't sell and the store decided that they will mark it down I buy the whole shelf I mean they have the good brands on mark down yes this my favorite 😍 store

This store has come a long way. Couple years back every time I’d go into this store it seemed trashed and dirty. They must have gotten a new DM cause the store is like a whole new place when you walk in now. It’s clean and inviting and the employees for the most part are attentive and they will greet you. Pharmacy I’ve seen a lot of new faces as well and they are doing what they are suppose to be doing. In this fast living world not everything will be up to par to customers but they try and keep their customers happy!

Well I guess I shouldn't be surprised the reviews explain the store don't get me wrong the lady up front was nice but that was just ridiculous I will never again go back to that store I highly recommend that y'all stay away from that store if they can't get help and get it running the right way they need to just shut it down because at this point I left there so pissed off I feel bad for whoever has to put my bags back up but that's ridiculous

This particular store has friendly employees who show interest in helping customers. With patience. My favorite one from this particular CVS is “Meme” she’s a sweetheart who listens and responds back with kind words. That helps when your not having the best day. That attitude goes along way and sets a good example.

The gentleman that works the phone at night and worked it tonight at 7:30 PM is the rudest man ever .I have let it go multiple times because I work in retail myself and I know it gets tiring but he makes me want to transfer all my scripts from there mind you I have been using that pharmacy for over 14 years. I called at 7:30 tonight and he was working the phone. He wouldn’t give me his name. But he is the rudest. I’m hoping to get a call from someone who can take care of this situation and either retrain this guy or figure out something I current have 6 monthly scripts with y’all that I’m about to move to Tom Thumb pharmacy. He is not helpful he sounds irritated and bothered. If he doesn’t like him job he either needs to quit or learn how to handle his emotions and just work.
