Food is fresher than others I’ve encountered in the area. However, it takes over 5 minutes of wait time to get your order in on the norm. Today, waited 10 mins on drive through to then find out that by 8am — opening employee was a no show.

Around 9 AM on 3/25/24 was my first time back to Dunkin since it’s reopened! I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service given. Although a quick reaction it started my day right. Coffee is perfect and donuts were fresh!

Really disappointed in this location. I was excited that it was finally opening back up. I have been in a couple times and the chocolate cream filled donuts have very little filling. The last time 3/11/24 I got 2 and they had little to none filling. I didn’t even eat them. I won’t be going back.

First time here and the last time here. Waited in the drive thru too long so I opted to go inside. Once inside the workers saw me come in and completely ignored me for nearly 10 minutes. I asked if anyone worked on the Dunkin side and no one responded. So I left. Unreal, I have never experienced a total disregard for a customer. Do better in training your employees Dunkin. Taking my business elsewhere.

Avocado toast is delicious! The store is clean and neat. Relaxing atmosphere. Employees have great customer service. Love this location.

Horrible food and drinks. I understand when you first open or reopen an establishment that little mistakes might be made. First time we went the guy didn’t know how to make a frozen drink he had to call his manager so she could tell him step by step how to make it. Came out clumpy with chunks of ice. We asked for a refund, but he said we couldn’t get one because we ordered it on the mobile app and had to call customer service.The second time they burnt our breakfast sandwich and didn’t give us any bacon our drinks tasted like pure sugar. This morning I went to get an ice coffee. It tasted horrible very bitter. The customer service is just not great. When you say something about an item they just look at you like they don’t care with no response. This will definitely be the last time I go to this location it’s just more convenient for me because it’s two minutes away from my home. If you really want some good coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts it will be a 15 min drive to Centerville and Northwest Highway but it’s definitely worth the trip. Never had any issues with their drinks, their food and the customer service.

i ordered a hot decaf macchiato. they were out of the sweetener i get. and handed me an iced reg macchiato with only 1 pump of sweetener and as much ice as possible to fit in the cupthey shutdown before because ppl don’t return for this type of foolery

Still closed (permanently?) from a shooting. People are working and rebuilding that side of the building, but is it going to be a dunkin still?

Today is 06/16/2023This Dunkin is closed. It could be any reason . Temporary or Permanent. Some one used goggle maps and droves couple miles then close.goggle user deserved correct information.
