Be advised and warned with this particular shop. Lack of professionalism and no respect to customer's time. Owner of the shop missed 3 scheduled appoints on 3 different days with no consideration much less an apology. Lacks competence and mannerism when it comes to the services the shop offers.

Came here to get my smart start device installed, got here around 12 and didn’t leave till almost 7pm because they couldn’t get it to work. I’m also still getting charged $77 a month even though i don’t have it installed through this garage. A complete total scam and a waste of time.

Huge SCAM. This place should be shutdown. Do NOT go here for Smart Start!!! They charged me $250. Nothing corporate can do about it. Even the company said they should not be doing that and they have previous complaints from others as well. You’ve been warned. They also don’t care whatsoever about your time.

4 1/2 hours I waited for them to install the device and they couldn’t get it working with my vehicle so it was a complete waste of time and a horrible experience. I personally would not recommend them at all! I recommend Victor’s Auto and Tire Services in Garland

Honest and hard-working and correct in diagnosis and achievement of well done mechanizing! I speak very well of Edgar and his crew! He tells you the truth and that’s hard to find! He’s a good guy!

Staff is BEYOND disrespectful. Was ignored and belittled by staff. They weren't able to answer simple questions even regarding pricing quote. If you take your car here you can expect it to be damaged and to be insulted by a 20 something year old kid. Not to mention they instructed me to sign documents with a BLANK price slot. Why would anyone sign a blank check for a stranger? Borderline criminal what these people are doing.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. Staff is disrespectful, the "owner" is some 20thing year old kid who can not answer a question directly.He sat out in his truck for 15 mins and when I was trying to get additional information he just rolled his window upDO NOT COME HERE AT ANY COST.
