EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE BY EMPLOYEES TO CUSTOMERS! Sadly though, the vehicles given to me were not in great shape. I went through 3 vehicles in 9 days. One had the infotainment screen go black and had a flashing rearview camera that went from camera view to blue screen. The next one had a clicking sound after turning it off and clicked all night in my garage. When the car cranked there were awful grinding noises. Lastly, the final car was much too small, I needed 7 seatbelts but they didn’t have any left and I was given a tiny suv that was not good for our family. My forward facing car seat child had to sit with her legs cross cross to keep her legs safe. They key fob on the last car decided to have low battery on the highway between louisiana and texas so that was not great. I had to hold the fob right next to the button for it to turn on.
The cars were not great, but all the employees from. the man that picked me up at the body shop and all the front desk people I encountered were fantastic, kind, and helpful

This went perfectly for us. We reserved a 7 passenger vehicle for a week - a week in advance. We picked up the Chrysler Pacifica and returned returned it with no problems. It was a good, clean van with no problems. The same lady was at the front desk for pickup and drop-off, and I'm sorry I forgot her name. But she was fast, friendly, professional, and thorough. I will certainly be back.

The worst enterprise I’ve ever been to. Rude customer service from both the man and Kelsey (the branch manager). They are scammers and will tell you false information to get more money out of you. Please go to another location

Despite it being a busy location, the staff is 10/10. Martin, Zara & Felicia all exhibited courtesy, kindness & professionalism. The best experience I’ve ever had! Thank you so much & I’ll be back for my future rental needs!!
