“Changed and this is the new facility I go to. This is my 3rd visit in about 3 years and I have no complaints. As I’m getting older I’m looking to communicate more with my doctor and so far so good. It seems a little “small and isolated” but so far everyone is kind and respectful and I enjoy a young enthusiastic doctor. I would say it’s worth a try ??♂️”

“This is the best PCP I have ever had. Dr. Julie Hamilton is just a gem! I explained my issues along with my medical anxiety. I stated it stresses me out when the nurses call me on the phone when an issue arises because they cannot answer my questions which sends me in a spiral. She took the time to call me personally and answer any questions I had! She is so patient and so kind. My nurse Amy is also so sweet! She makes the environment feel as if you are talking to a friend instead of a woman just doing her job. Lastly, the lab tech is wonderful!! She is so patient and understanding. When I passed out during blood work, she was quick acting. The staff are all lovely and deserve the world!!!”

“I had been to see Ms McCrae about a month ago re my persistent cough for the last 2 months. I was given a steroid shot but not meds. This past week I again met with her re the same cough that now was a deeper cough but very productive one. I insisted on a chest xray given the length of having my cough. On the second day of the Rx, I developed diarrhea where it just flowed out of me with no control on my part. It continued for 2 more days. I wasn’t made aware of these side effects which would have been helpful. Mayo Clinic info said not to take any diarrhea medication as that only made it worse…and the clinic was closed for the weekend. If I had been given info on the Rx, I would’ve been more prepared for the effects. And my cough continues.”

“I started coming to this office a few months ago and every visit has been incredibly helpful. All the staff are polite and get you settled quickly, I've never had to wait too long to be seen or accepted for a walk-in, and both Dr's provide detailed explanations as to what could be wrong, what options I have, and provide amazing comfort and support. As someone who struggles with medical confidence, having a Dr that listens to what I have to say makes a huge difference. I would highly recommend this office.”
“I brought my mom here, I love her to death but she is not the easiest patient. I've noticed in the past some doctors get annoyed or brush off my mom's questions but Doctor Balabar was so patient with her. She explained everything so well to us both and clarified the next steps. I left amazed by her care and attention to my mom. I would 100% recommend this doctor.”

“Shout out to Dr. stark for recommending I get the flu vaccine this year. It seems to be helping. Wife got whatever is going around Dallas this year, and it’s the worst in a decade. Vaccine hit me with all the symptoms, but in hindsight seems trivial compared to the coughing other folks have.Also, not sure how so many people have complaints about billing and scheduling in reviews. Staff seems pleasant. I don’t have those problems. Paid dues on-site same day, and made reminders on phone regarding future visits.”

“Positive experience! Called ahead to find out available appointment times as the online schedule said the soonest one was in 4 months for a new patient. The person on the phone set up a profile for me and was able to get me in that week. The call took a long time due to a slow system but she was friendly throughout. The call time was the reason for dropping a star BUT I had a great experience once I got there. It was just a routine physical with Dr. Lisa Nguyen and blood work but all the ladies from start to finish were so friendly and helpful! Especially when I got woozy toward the end. I would go back if I needed anything else in the future!”

“They are great! The staff are very helpful and do everything they can to help the patient. I was in a pinch to get a screening done and they worked to accommodate my needs. The PA’s and Doctors are really good here. I am glad I was able to get in with these providers. Kierra at the front desk as well as Cammy the scheduler are very friendly and easy to talk with. They really are perfect to have as the first people you talk to when you come in.”
