Jenna has crazy, amazing-outstanding customer service!!! She took the time over the phone to get me a same day appt for alignment, tire balance/rotation, and oil change. Gave me the quote and told me to come on in. I arrive, place is packed full of customers, however they were able to get me in. She prepared me over the phone that it might take 1.5-2hrs. it did and when I got back they had my truck ready, made recommendations for services that may be needed in the future, and gave me financing options and also provided me with info on upcoming sales that might benefit me!!! Wow!!! Well rounded!!! They also provided me with a detailed receipt and printed and emailed me everything they had done and also their recommendations. John was also an associate that assisted me with my transaction. He too was very professional and answered all of my questions and explained in detail, the what and why, of their recommendations!!! They both provided OUTSTANDING customer service!!! They deserve recognition!!! Thank y'all. A definite yes for me!!

Service sucks we dropped the car off at 5:30am this morning for tires. We called at 11pm to find out if the car was ready and they told us to give them a hour. We gave them a hour and 15min and get here to find that the car had not even been touched yet.

I went for an oil change. After the service, I noticed loose change were missing from my car — they were sitting out in the open, not hidden away. I keep those specifically for Aldi carts. It’s petty and unprofessional to take something so small, but it says a lot about their integrity. If they can’t be trusted with a couple of coins, I definitely don’t trust them with my car. I won’t be coming back.

The lady at the front desk was super nice but when I was done with my oil change it was $20 more than the coupon said. The guy told me I needed an extra quart of oil (i knew about that) and the filter. I showed him the coupon said the filter was included and he just kept ignoring me. At least update your coupon if you're going to charge extra for things that it says are included.

These two gentlemen were very professional and courteous. I dropped my car off on Sunday evening and it was ready by 9 Monday morning. Ethan explained everything I needed to know about state inspections reporting and how rewards worked on my new Firestone account.

Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks prior. Brought my car in for an oil change and Car Care package before 8AM. Authorized work around 12:30/1PM. Work was not complete until nearly 6PM. Do not leave your car if you decide to visit. My car was very low on their priority list since I was not there to babysit them.
They also incorrectly diagnosed my car. I had to visit again when my steering wheel refused to turn & was deemed undriveable. They advised it was the power steering module. It was actually the rack and pinion. Will not return to this location or any other Firestone. The corporate office has been less than helpful with rectifying this situation and that has turned me off even more to the company as a whole.
I’m now out of $1700 and there’s still issues arising with my vehicle (which was fine before they worked on it - a service rep even said my car had been very well taken care of). Buyer beware!!!
*Reuploading to say that they asked me to email them for support with my issue and I have still heard nothing!

Showed up to pick up my car at 6:30. Google maps says store is open until 7 as does the sign on the door. Showed up to a locked lobby and just by luck caught the tech in the garage with a bay door open. If you’re going to advertise you’re open until 7, please make sure you’re open to the customer. If not, change the hours.
