This was my first time here and they were very nice, Sarah did my toes and she did a wonderful job, the massage was great also!
I have been about 5 times now and every time is the same, very nice, attentive to my needs and wants, always very helpful!

I have been here multiple times and it is usually alright. The quality of service is mediocre for the price you pay. I pay extra for the callus treatment every time and feel that they do not do it properly. I also feel that they value time over quality of service. While my nails took about and hour only, the nails were crooked and uneven. This is a good place to go if you are looking for a relaxing experience while getting a mani and pedi. I believe complimentary drinks are available to help create this environment. However, if you actually want your nails took look good, this is not the best option.

It was my first and last visit to this salon for a pedicure. The Tech had an attitude and hurt me a handful of times clipping nails and cuticles. She seemed to be annoyed at me because it hurt.

Perfectly balanced everytime. At the moment, I do not even want to tell you my regimen when I go because I am at so much peace when I leave. Terry & Tom are my guys. Terry does my nails and helped grow out my original nails to where I no longer need nail extensions and Tom is the only person (in the world), that I will let touch my toes. If Terry isn’t there for nails, I don’t get my nails done. If Tom isn’t there for toes, I don’t get my toes done. :) I’m not gonna tell you my days and times I go - in fear of you taking my appointment slot. LOL. The entire experience is great, friendly, and clean. Go! You will love it!

RUN!! NAIL FUNGUS! DITRY AF! DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! Terrible customer service! I got my nails done here on 5/28/25 and within 7 days on 6/4/25, I noticed that the underneath of one of my nails was an odd dark color. I soaked off and removed the fake nail and my entire nail bed was green! I went the next to the Grand Nail Salon in Rowlett and the Manager/Owner didn’t care at all and said, “it happens” and just shrugged her shoulders. I told her that wanted the entire nail set removed, so that I could make sure that none of my other nails were infected with green fungus. She said ok sure, we can do that for you, for $15. I told her that this was here salon fault and I didn’t think that I should have to pay to have the set removed. I at least wanted to know what treatment to put on it or what to do. I’ve been getting fake nails for 20yrs and this has never happened to me before. She said “Ok then, if you don’t want to pay and don’t want another service that you will have to pay full price for then I can’t help you”. So I left and I guess I’m going to have to remove the set of nails myself. This was the worst customer service experience, I’ve ever had. DO NOT GO HERE! You’ll regret it! If I could this place no stars, I would.

This is my favorite nail salon! The owner and techs are friendly and most importantly, my dip nails last longer than anywhere else I go. I highly recommend this salon.
