Friendly staff. This place is much better than the place that just shutdown across the street. They seem to actually care enough to give a proper haircut.

Not impressed. Came in to just get a haircut refresh a little until my baby arrives in a few weeks and the older Asian gal didn't do any of what I asked for. I feel straight up botched my hair is half wet and the ends are fried from her only blow drying them. She didn't touch up my layers or remove the weight I asked as I have very thick hair.

I went to great clips because the super cuts had closed across the way. I figured I would give it a try. Never again will I go to Great Clips. I had checked in on the app and was 1st on the waitlist and then got skipped and had to wait 20 mins before i got seen. The only part that was relaxing was the shampoo part, but i asked for layers and my bangs to be cut and a trim they did that but did not cut my bangs the way i wanted length wise. Then I asked if they could give me a blowout. They didn't understand what that was and couldn't do that, so then i just asked for them to blow dry my hair so it is not wet and they couldn't even do that completely. I left with my hair still pretty wet. A lot of you know that feeling of when you get a hair cut and you just feel amazing,I didn't get that feeling at all.

I usually get a decent haircut here, but last time they cut way more than I wanted and left me a bunch of razor burns. I even showed a reference picture and had the usual haircut I get in the computer and a piece of paper.

The online check-in and wait time notifications were super convenient. Our stylist was friendly and did a fantastic job on my son's haircut.

I've seen Hanna, she is very good with kids she did an awesome cut For Jaden my 8 yr son
And did a great job with me she's very honest. If you show her a photo, she will tell you if your hair is not in good health for that styled cut and will do her own variation. Close to it. My hair was very, very thin and said it would not be a good cut for you
I was pleased with her honesty and haircut still got layers, and she has a good personality. I will be seeing her soon

Checked in online and showed up. There was 3 people that just checked in after walking in and they took them first and bumped me to the bottom of list. What’s the point of checking in online? Won’t be back! This is the 2nd time this has happened! My wait time went from 0 minutes to 25 minutes after they walked in and put them in system.

Against my better judgement I went along with my mother to have my hair trimmed. Will never go there ever again... Feel like the guy chopped my hair. It was definitely uneven when I left. Wasn't going to have the guy chop off anymore. I'd rather fix it myself when I got home than have him keep taking off my length to try to even it out. Never should have paid them either.

I never know what I'm going to get at this place...I love when I get the order Filipino woman she cracks me up while she's doing my hair and does it exactly the way I want. Then you got the Filipino guy who don't even want to touch black people hair.. then you got the Filipino lady with the blonde hair with okay looking eyebrows she just nasty and got a nasty attitude every single time I come in there the only thing is... I will give a tip to her if her attitude was worthy of a tip.. African-American people do tip... And they need to stop being racist to cut African-American people hair Point blank...
