Disrespectful and unfriendly employees, now I understand why they have been always a small company and failed to move up to the next step to be a major supplier. You buy from them, and they treat you as if they are doing you a favor by allowing you to shop at this store. I always support small businesses against big giants, but this store proves me wrong.

I have always found the tools that I needed at harboir freight for a better price. There were some specialized tools that I needed to purchase from other outfitters, but I highly recommend jarbour freight for good hand tools. Most tools actually also carry the same warranty of replacement that Lowes or snap on do. So if a tool breaks, it is still replaced, but at a cheaper cost initially.

Jan 2025. I called to get the last of a chainsaw rivet tool, in store only. They held it for me to pickup, and gave me my member discount and a metric box wrench set free. Very polite and friendly staff. Make this your first stop for tools wrenches
and axes.

Decent stuff. I got some socket wrenches. The store is small, but I think you can buy anything HF sells online and have it shipped.
