I’m 99% sure this is a racist office.Front desk receptionist was rude, after one minute of me just standing there just looking at her doing something with paperwork she asked how she could help me, I asked if I can get a tax return estimate, and she just walked up and left to the back without saying a word. She went to go ask someone about it, I guess but she didn’t say something like “sure give me one minute, brb” nothing.After that, the actual tax consultant said she couldn’t do an estimate and that she would start charging me as soon as I she did my paperwork.I then called another hnr block in Garland and they said they would do an estimate for free.Its sad really that there’s still people like this.
