It doesn't matter if you dollar or $50,000 dollars, the customer service is always going go be on point, Oscar is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him with any and every car I can think of Oscar will always give you a great and fair, he is in buisness to make money, but not to scam people. I trust this guy 169%, much love to you Oscar, im actually sending my good friend to come see you here in the next few days, he having an issue with his Catalytic converter on his 2014 Mitsubishi Evolution i trust that you will give a very fair price and I already know that the work is amazing every single time.Services: Battery

I've been a customer of Jim's Care Care for several decades - at their old location in Garland. When Jim died, I knew I had to find someone else I could trust. I very happily learned Jim's Car Care lives on with Oscar and now having a shop in Rowlett.Oscar is the best. They'll never be the cheapest, but never the most expensive - what you can be certain of is that you'll get honesty, great work, and a fair price. 10/10 recommend Oscar and his team.

I have done business with this company for over 20 years. Honest and stable. Give it a try and you will never go anywhere else again. No games, no upsell. If all you need is a $10 fuse, that's what you will get. (Actually happened to me). Great job carrying on Jims legacy guys.

Went to this placed based on positive reviews. Oscar didn't disappoint. He was quick to complete the oil change and also diagnose the problem with are battery light on a 2006 Jeep Liberty. He recommended getting a factory alternator and explained the issue clearly and without pressure to buy on the spot. I would take my vehicles back to this place any day.Services: Oil change

Would recommend to anyone ,they definitely know what they are doing there fast and affordable,without all the headaches and b.s that you get from most shops! Well worth every penny wouldn't use anyone else from here on out! Thanks guys!!! For getting my "09 red Chevy back on the road and not racking me across the coal's like these other shops would have done!

They fix what's wrong with your car using sensible, accurate diagnosis. They are excellent stewards and do not " shotgun" things. They also give a timeline and cadence as to when different things need to be addressed. This allows one to budget and anticipate versus react to car maintenance and repairs . I've been a customer with them for 18 years and have never been left stranded or disappointed. I have more than a dozen vehicles from exotics to old pickups. I trust them implicitly

For a number of years, I had been a customer at Jim’s Car Care when they were on Cemterville in Garland, not far from my house. At the time the business moved to Rowlett, I didn’t try to find them, as I was not familiar with that area. This week I decided to find Jim’s Car Care again. Turned out, it wasn’t difficult to get there from their previous location, after all.

Fantastic, friendly service. The most dependable garage mechanic I've ever dealt with. Got me in same day and got my old Tahoe back in working order. Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby in walking distance to visit while they work on your car. This place has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION and offers the same great service they used to when located off of Centerville.
