Labcorp has been noticeably worse for probably 3-4 years now. The few years before this location was much better. They consistently miss inputting tests literally every single time my husband and I go, which is about 2x a year. We get results with missing tests and see the doctor requisition had them on there. I have to double check their work now. So, when you go, make sure to confirm your doctors requisition matches what they drew.
Today they refused to draw my husbands labwork due to a $600 outstanding balance and directed us to call billing customer service. After being on the phone with labcorp billing the billing rep confirms they have the wrong person. Inside the test center they can see the same information, but couldn't figure that out. We had to hand the woman behind the desk our cell phone for the billing person to tell her to look at the demographic info- clearly not the same person. The outstanding balance was for someone in Ohio, different address, age, insurance info.- everything. When my husband finally went in for the draw and they missed drawing tests. Fortunately we always ask to verify everything at the end and sure enough they missed an entire set of labs...... every time now. An hour past his appointment time we finally left (we were 5 minutes early too so there 1hr 5 minutes dealing with this nonsense). The employees aren't always rude; some are very nice, they just make way too many errors and in the medical field that's a problem. An unfortunately growing problem.
Time to see if another lab draw service or another location does a better job....

I took my 5 year old daughter, whose never had blood work done, to get labs done. The staff did a WONDERFUL job helping get her blood drawn quickly and safely. After they were finished they gave her a lot of stickers and told her how brave she was. I greatly appreciate their hard work!

I was nervous coming here because of all the negative reviews but my experience was amazing! I got here as soon as they opened back from lunch and had Dwan (apologies if I’m misspelling). Dwan made the experience so great and was friendly. I had to get blood drawn and it only took one poke as well!

I turned in my labs with my name on every single container. They told my doctor they couldn't run my labs because my name was not on the containers. They lied to my doctor because they didn't want to work. This location is very lazy, disrespectful, and has terrible work ethic. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.

This location has poor customer service, I would definitely not recommend I went to get serviced and the door was locked before lunch time , the time was 11:40, lunchtime was scheduled and advertised/ displayed 12noon there were several customers that were standing at them at the door knocking an African American elderly woman opened the door and stated that they were closed for lunch however again it was not 12 she then explained that if they did not take lunch that they would not get paid and that she could not guarantee that my blood would be drawn by 12 because they have a full house however again it was not 12 so again that has/had nothing to do with the customers waiting or wanting to get service she literally refused all of us service which was very frustrating, disappointing and poor customer service or lack thereof. I did ask for her name she said her name was Maria I asked for corporate number she said to go on the website she did not want to support nor give me any further information or assistance, I explained to her that I drove extremely far that also went over her head. I work in retail myself I understand when you are closed and when you are on break however this was not one of those times this was a time where the employee closed early and that is unfortunately unacceptable. I feel like this employee should be held accountable for her actions and the cameras should be replayed for time accuracy, a verbal warning should not be used a written warning should take place in this situation.

The experience I had at your facility, reflects poorly on the level of professionalism and customer service your establishment offers. Frankly, I believe I would have received better service at a clinic run by the Taliban.
The individual who identified herself as the office manager (she is the one who checks in customers) when I requested to speak to one exhibited shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior. It is appalling that someone with such a demeanor is entrusted to represent your company by greeting customers. Not only was she unapologetic about her attitude, but she seemed to take pride in being discourteous to customers—an attitude that is entirely unacceptable for any role involving public interaction. Labcorp, you ought to be ashamed!
From the moment I arrived, her competence was questionable. When I first checked in, I specifically asked whether my script was available, and she assured me it was. Following her instructions, I checked in and waited patiently for 15–20 minutes, only to later be told the scrip was not there. This delay was unnecessary and entirely avoidable had she provided accurate information from the beginning.
To make matters worse, when I confronted her about this inconsistency, she became defensive and rude, rather than taking responsibility or offering a solution. This behavior not only underscores a lack of professionalism but also raises serious concerns about her suitability for a customer-facing role. Someone with this demeanor should not be in a position to greet or correspond with customers in any capacity. Notwithstanding the fact I am are paying for your service.
Let me make this clear: I will never use your facility again, and I will strongly advise my household to do the same and anyone who will listen to me. This experience was entirely frustrating and could have been avoided if basic competence and courtesy had been demonstrated.
For the record, I have since redirected my script to Quest Diagnostics, a facility that values professionalism and respect. I strongly urge you to take this matter seriously and address the behavior and competency issues of the staff member in question. Such experiences are detrimental to your reputation and will undoubtedly continue to drive customers away if not corrected.

Don’t. Just don’t. Even with an appointment an employment urine drug screen is 2+ hours.

My husband was sent away today because there was only one person working and she would not drive his lab. It says very plainly on the website. No appointments needed. She insisted he had to call and make an appointment even though they had the lab work that the doctor had sent fax to them, I will report her to corporate. These are peoples lives she’s playing with.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Sheena handed me a bag with 8 specimen vials and no instructions or directions. She said, “You have a lot to do, so you better get busy.” I got home, saw there were no printed directions; called and left a 2 minute voicemail asking for information. Never heard back so I did the best I could to collect specimens. Of course I did it wrong. Will NEVER use Labcorp again.
