James was amazing this visit. I have always had no issues with the front or management at this location. I’ve been coming here for years and came again after recently moving back. Though I do say they are a bit pricier in comparison to other places when it comes to certain services like tires. This visit was so-so the customer service was amazing, but the speed of this placed has definitely declined. The past two times I have been here have not been great waiting an hour more than expected both times. My last visit I waited 2-3 hrs for the to forget to rotate my tires, but luckily James honored the compensation promised by the previous lady working that they would do it for free next time. This time it seems to have come to the same problem time wise, it took an hour after arrival for my car to even get on the rack as I watched it sit in the parking lot as they take other cars on back that came much after. I’ve been coming here for years but the speed and wait time is not as good as it used to be. Only thing keeping me here is the management and that it’s local.

Parkway is thorough, honest, and ethical. I'm very satisfied with the work they did on my car. They told me which issues to prioritize, knowing that I'm working with a restricted budget, and didn't try to pressure me to make an extra buck. Their prices on tires were also the best I've seen anywhere, and for the quality of their services, you get an extraordinary value with their affordable prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

James Customer Service went past excellent he went above and beyond. The service I get is superb. I’ve been coming to Parkway Car Care for over five years or more. if I had an issue, they are quickly to resolve it and explain and detail. I have taken my vehicle to other shops and I can honestly say this is the best car place shop that do not try to overcharge you or get over on you just because you are woman. Thanks, Parkway Car care for taking care of me.

They're very professional, they explain everything they're going to do and the parts they will be using and the fair cost. I didn't get the run around or overcharging for repairs. Very amazing place workers were extremely nice and they let me talk their ears off about music while i waited. They made a hour wait feel like 15 minutes
