This is such a nice place, it is really a pleasure to go there because they are so kind. The place is always nice and clean. I called they charge $0.35 per page to copy for you if you need a copy of a document . I called FedEx inside the super Walmart here in Rowlett and they're only .23 cents a page. He said the rim of paper only cost them $5 he would not go down on his price therefore I'll take my business to FedEx. In my opinion if you have a large item that you need copies of 35 cents a page is very expensive.

DO NOT GO HERE! The employee or owner with a heavy accent was very argumentative, confrontational and rude! Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere. I came here one other time and he was also argumentative with a costumer on the phone in front of other costumers. Now I will need to reorder forms and have them notarized a second time, because my form was not done correctly. I also think he may think it is ok to speak aggressively to women in his culture, but I refuse to tolerate this, especially over such an ordinary task as getting forms noterized. I will not return.

The white lady with blondish hair was very rude. She was rushing me and making all kinds of faces. She was even interrupting me while I was speaking. This is coming from a person that has done similar jobs in the past, so I know a bad customer service when I come across it. If you don’t like your job, than do something about it. Don’t put it on the customer. It is not appropriate to treat customers in the manner she did. On the other hand, the Indian man was very kind and assisted me once he noticed her attitude. I appreciate his work!

Came in on Friday, Veterans Day 2022 to print some copies and attempt to scan to email or fax. I am a Navy veteran by the way and this was a horrible way to end my evening! The copy machine had copy and iFax functions. I was not greeted at all by the male owner. He was and VERY rude and told me that there was no reason to fax because it doesn’t even function as a fax machine. He then was telling me to just give him the papers and he will do it because “if I don’t get it done by 6pm I can’t finish it”. This was all after offering NO help or assistance while I was in there until 20 minutes before close. WILL NOT RETURN.
