Danny is absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! I see him now for all of my prenatal massages and I love deep tissue. He is so thorough and absolutely helps me feel better every single time. The staff is also so sweet and accommodating! Love it here.

A very friendly front desk staff welcomes me every time I show up for my bi- weekly massage, and they offer kind words on the way out the door Thank you to the entire Rowlett team, and especially Ray who resets my posture and mindset after 60 minutes of deep tissue massage leaving two weeks of built-up stress behind.

As a licensed massage therapist with experience in spa settings, I hold a deep appreciation for the importance of professionalism and client care. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Massage Envy in Rowlett left me feeling both disappointed and disrespected.
I arrived 15 minutes early, as requested, completed my intake paperwork, and waited patiently. However, 10 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, no one had come to update me, despite guests who checked in after me being promptly taken back. I had to approach the front desk myself to ask for an update, only to learn that the person I checked in with, who I later discovered was the manager, had been aware of the delay but had not communicated it.
While the manager did apologize and assured me I would receive my full session time, the experience had already shifted my mindset. I had indicated in my intake that I wanted to mentally disconnect and relax, but by that point, I was too frustrated to do so. I also couldn’t help but question whether I would truly receive the full service, given how things began. Most importantly, I had other things scheduled that day, and the assumption that my time was flexible was inconsiderate and unprofessional.
In the end, I was told I wouldn’t be charged, and I appreciate that gesture. I understand that things happen and everyone has off days, but it’s clear that my expectations for communication and respect for clients’ time do not align with the standards here.

Not a big review person but great service shouldn’t go without saying. After receiving terrible customer service from Massage Envy Old Town in Dallas, my experience with Faith Matthews, General Manager of the Rowlett location helped restore faith in the Massage Envy franchise. She reached out regarding an outdated gift card and concisely communicated to ensure I regained access to my previously purchased gift cards amount. Very professional and solution oriented, thank you Faith.

I always love coming to massage envy.
I’ve been to the Plano, Mesquite and Rowlett locations and they never disappoint. I just recently had a session with Dawn at the Rowlett location. She is amazing and I will definitely be coming back to her.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
You pay for a 90 minute massgae and only get 70. They take away 10 minutes for consultation and undressing which is a waste of time .i even came in early so how can they say that even. It sux his tip was his 20 minutes less massage time. Very disappointed but not surprised in this cost-cutting economy. The reason they need help is because their people get no tips, then quit because they can’t run a business.
If you want to address the situation you need to address your staff and/or procedures not me. You already have my payment info if you feel like it should be returned.

This Rowlett M.E., is my most ideal place to go to relax and heal for both mind and body.
I appreciate the courteous, attentive, and professional staff for each time I walk through the door. This immediately alters whatever mood I might be in, which allows me to distress quickly and begin relax and not think.
For me, the experience starts with the calm and tranquil aroma environment and overall cleanliness.
I would highly recommend this M.E., to any of my friends, family, or someone who is simply needing an opportunity to feel better about themselves.

Love this location! Everyone is professional and friendly. No loud laughter in the halls or crazy conversations to overhear; just peaceful and relaxing! I love Jason, he is responsive to your body and asks relevant questions as you go. Very respectful and professional, will be back soon!
