  I just need to make this right I was buying some stuff in the store walking around talking with a client on the phone and this rude girl inside yelled at me so rude with bad worlds if I was ready to pay
  I said your job is about customer services don’t do that and she says she doesn’t care that I need to go. I was coming to this place for more than four years owner need to take action ASAP because I will make this public!!!!

  Well, I've learned that I have to get out.No matter how hot it is and going in pay for my gas Or they put a $175 hold on my debit card. So I go in to pay for the gas in the girl completely ignores me.Another lady of her color comes in and she waits on her and just leaves me standing there Add not believe in riccim.I do not see color and it really irritates mewhen someone else does.We are all human beings in this racism has to stop. I finally got my gas paid for and she was just as rude.As the day is long, I will not be coming here again.I used to come here at least.Twice a week and fill up my tank.But now that they started that $175 hold on my debit card.And since the people inside are so rude , I will not be back

  I come to Murphy USA for their cigarette deals 2 packs and a certain amount off. They even do this when buying a carton since it's 10 packs. I walked in to an elderly black woman that was already showing signs she didn't want to help customers, or even didn't want to be there at all. I asked for a carton of Camel filter shorts. She rang it up and came to $105 something. I said where is my discount, she replied you have to buy 2 packs for the discount, so I would need to do 5, transactions. I told her no, and walked out. Someone needs to correct her on this, or let your customers know that this doesn't apply to cartons, and I will just buy from somewhere else. Until said time, I will take my business to the Murphy off I30 or in Garland. Thank you.

  There was a dark skin girl working and being rude to an older lady acting like she was doing something.. people are trash they don’t deserve to work.

  If I could rate my experience a zero, I would. On two different occasions, June 1, 2023 on today, June 17, 2023, I have been denied service by an employee named Nancy. On a June 1st she claimed she couldn’t hear me when I was trying to make a purchase and when I spoke up I guess to her liking, she went on a rampage in front of other customers and still refused to allow me to make a purchase. I contacted customer service and made a complaint as well as went over to a neighboring town to make my purchase with ease and register a complaint with that store manger on what occurred at the Rowlett location. Again on today, as soon as I approached the counter to make a purchase, Nancy did the same thing but in a more direct and rude manner, again while a customer was in the store. This time she mentioned me contacting customer service and filing a complaint last time and I asked on several occasions, so “you’re refusing service to me again”. Her response was yes and next customer again. I’ve lived in Rowlett for 22 years now and have never encountered a consistent issue with this location or any other retail establishment. Out of all times I visited this store these two encounters are the only times I’ve dealt with ran across this individual, whom I was also informed is an assistant manager. I should not have to go over to another town to make a purchase because an employee/assistant manager is being allowed to turn a customer away for what ever reason and reasons that are not valid, warranted, nor when a customer did not come to the location to cause a problem or isn’t a threat to the store and it’s customers, but one just simply trying to make a purchase. Instead she’s being allowed to create a hostile environment to not only me the customer, but each customer that has to witness the altercations shes’s bring about. She appears to be acting in a racist manner, as I’ve not seen her act that way with other race patrons in the store. This is a direct violation of the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title VII Civil Rights Act. This is a store that I have frequent over the years and I never have any issues with other employees not being able to provide me service. Even with the first complaint and the other store lodging my initial complaint and contacting their District Manager, I have never heard from that Manager or anyone from corporate on the matter. The Sachse assistant manager I contacted today, they would take my complaint again and contact the district manager again to let them know this has occurred again after I advised I spoke with customer service and they said no one other than a district manage could assist me and only wanted to address this as an issue of me calling in to su no one called me back from the June 1st incident and not that I was calling to report the same issue just two weeks later. Nancy advised on today that she would keep refusing my service when I visit the establishment.

  Use the bathroom!! In all my life I have seen such a clean bathroom. I told the girl that I would give her my best comment because of how clean the bathroom and the gas station are, good service
