I can confirm most of the reviews complaining about their billing practices. If you get a bill, it is late and no explanation of what was billed to insurance.

So apparently I had a very small bill from them. No email, no letter in the mail, or even a phone call from them. All of a sudden, I'm getting contacted by a collections company. Someone needs to report them to the BBB.
