Very disappointed to walk in for a one time tanning spray session and being told the cost of $44 and then add all this extra stuff that was not needed and charged me $94.

I frequent this store and two others in Fort Worth and have never experienced the level of pressure I face here. There is one associate in particular who constantly pushes the most expensive lotions, even after I’ve politely declined. I understand it’s part of their job to make recommendations, but once I say no, the conversation should move on. Instead, she continues to press, making the entire visit uncomfortable. This has happened every time I’ve come in. I already have plenty of lotion, and when I’m ready to buy more, this certainly won’t be the location I choose to support.

$250ish spent for 10 tans, was not informed they expire in 30 days. Why would tans expire? It's not milk. Feels like a scam to have them expire. Called corporate number, left message requesting a call to discuss, no return call.

Horrible management. Please teach the children that you hire some customer satisfaction skills. I was placed in a tanning bed, and asked for the maximum time. The bed shut off early, and when I came out of the room and said something, the very unattractive girl up front proceeded to tell me “Mistakes happen, it’s not a big deal.” No apology, no “let me make it right”, nothing. When I called the Corporate office they informed me that they have had several calls about the same thing and are already investigating. Really? Why is she still there? My husband and I are both canceling our services today, not because of the mistake, but because of the lack of professionalism. The beds are all old and most of the bulbs are burnt out anyway. Go somewhere else if you want a better experience.

The front desk associate was bomb! I don’t spray tan often and she made sure I had all my questions answered and had me walk out of there like I just came from the best beach vacation ever! Shout out to you, girl!

I had an amazing experience here! I was helped by Yvette and she took the time to throughly explain my options on what I was wanting to do, and really made me feel like a valued customer. She is very personable and knowledgeable. I love this location & will be returning!

I highly recommend this location, Yvette went above and beyond to explain the different packages, was honest about bed availability, and makes you feel like a friend and not just a customer. This location is extremely clean and in a great location.

I always get a friendly greeting and usually the bed I want. Very clean beds, googles and fresh towels. The store and bathrooms are always very clean as well.Watch for their specials with great pricing and take advance of the low monthly payments, that at the lowest membership level are less than three venti mocha frappuccino's from *bucks.Services: Tanning

If you would have asked me to write review a year ago with this location I would have probably gave it a 2 due to the unfriendly vibe and attitude that I got for simply just wanting to come in and sign up. Because of that I didn't sign up a year ago. I decided I wanted to give this location a second chance. I called the location to inquire some information and Roxy (hope I spelled her name right) answered the phone very politely. She answered all my questions pleasantly. I was relieved that she was so kind over the phone! I stopped by the location same day and asked for her. She came up to the desk to assist me and with a smile! I immediately felt better going in this time than I did the last time a year ago. There was another sweet girl that was showing me the lotions while Roxy was getting my membership situated. So helpful and so kind! I renewed my membership and I'm so excited to be tanning again! Bed was clean and was in good condition. They gave me a nice bag to put my products in as well. Used Super Nova which was the lotion that was recommended and I love itt. So worth the money. You get what you pay for. Thank you Roxy!
