Placed an order for delivery. Online tracker said it was out for delivery at 7:09pm. Didn’t receive pizza till 7:45pm. They were cold. Was supposed to hear back from store and over a week now and have not heard anything.

Today will be the last day I ever order from this location!! I use to love this P.J.s!! But the last time I ordered I felt like I was eating a store-bought pizza. This time was even worse!! It was supposed to be regular crust as you can see by the pics this is clearly not. This wasn’t even thin and crispy. It was stretched and crunchy. The pizza was just nasty!! This location has seriously went downhill the last few months!! My Rowlett folks DO NOT GO HERE!! You will be mad!!! O stars!!

Horrible experience!!! Do not or order the “meats” and expect it to be meaty. Very little meat, you ask why and the manager takes the pizza from you and throws it in the trash. He did not even try to make it right. Extremely rude. I’m not the only one in my neighborhood no longer using this location. You do not get your moneys worth AT ALL! only order if you want cheese and crust.

Toppings very scimpy. Pizza sauce almost non existent. Barely any cheese. Pizza crust way too long, another way for them to be cheap on toppings. Wont order from here

The restaurant looked really clean and shiny. I got exactly what I ordered which is rare these days for any restaurant. The app is how I ordered and it actually got closed out somehow during ordering after I had chose everything I wanted to order. I was really frustrated but then when I opened up the page again everything was back where it needed to be and I could just continue to order which I was very relieved by. Good job!

We ordered from here. We haven’t ordered from here in a while and now I know why. After waiting 45 minutes for our food. They put delivered on the app with no delivered food. Hector why you eat our food? We hungry!
