Why did you give my pup a butthole goatee???? I've been going to PetSmart to get the same shave for YEARS now. Why did you guys neglect shaving around his butthole?? I had to shave it myself when I got home.

We recently took our dog in for the complete package for grooming (wash, ears, nails trimmed, furminator). His ears still have a lot of wax in his ear, he was not cleaned underneath, and he is still shedding as if he didn’t get the furminator done. For the price ($130), I’m very disappointed and we will not use them again.

I've been going here for a while now. Unfortunately, the person who took care of my fur baby didn't do a good job. I paid for a luxury service and got a regular service. The haircut was subpar. Uneven all over. The lady forgot my baby had a luxury service because I kept reminding her things included. I left and came back & she still didn't remember because I had to remind her again about the bandana. She then told the young lady who was bringing my dog to me that she forgot to add it to her notes. Am i to believe that my baby got the service I paid for? I am disappointed. I got home, and I after proper evaluation, I can see all the uneven cuts.
I really wish I didn't pay for the luxury service.
Update Dec 2024: I am glad that I gave it another try. I booked the same premium service as the one that was botched. They gave me credit to get the same service, so I didn't pay anything for today's service. Taylor was our groomer, and she did an amazing job. She is now our groomer of choice. I love how she takes care of my baby and soothes him when he is anxious. Her overall service is exceptional. Highly recommend her. She even remembered my baby.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at PetSmart today. I’ve been bringing my dogs here for nail trims for years without any issues, but today’s experience was unacceptable. I arrived with both of my dogs a little before 4 PM, well before the grooming salon’s 6 PM closing time. From the start, Tara, who was checking us in, had a terrible attitude. She immediately mentioned they might not have time for us, even though there were two hours left until closing. She was rude and dismissive, then proceeded to get on the phone and ignored us, leaving us standing there waiting for the paperwork.
Things only got worse when Car, the groomer, began working with my dogs. She was harsh and impatient, even yelling at one of my dogs when he didn’t position his paw the way she wanted. She seemed inexperienced, not even familiar with the service I booked (a Pawdicure). Her handling was rough, and my dogs were clearly uncomfortable. To top it off, she didn’t complete the service I paid for—both dogs were supposed to have their ears cleaned, receive a spritz of dog-friendly perfume, and get bandanas. None of that happened. Worse still, when I got home, I realized she didn’t even trim the nails on one of my dog’s back feet.
My dogs have always been calm and happy after their appointments, but today they were visibly stressed and refused to take a treat afterward. I’m extremely unhappy that I paid for a service that was not fully delivered, and I’m appalled by how my dogs were treated. After this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be bringing them back.
