Rude manager (5/25/25) Tried to return an item -with receipt - and she gave me a store credit. The line was extremely long on 5/24/25 so I left and returned today. Said she couldn't give me a refund because it was 31 days. No flexibility, no customer service. Just plain Rude. The line was extremely long today with only 2 cashers as she stood around and chatted with security. I will not return to this store.

The store is not the problem, the problem is the employees even the managers at this location are so rude. Not only that you can not even shop because the aisle are always packed with their storage carts that are empty like if they dont have storage in the back. Hopefully someone fixes this issues.

Ross is a hit and miss place, where sometimes you find what you need and many times you don't. I still end up with things I didn't intend to buy! There is always something good there.

This place is a mess and most of the people who work here don’t care. I feel bad for those who aren’t managers. During a very busy time, you’ve got one employee checking people out? Two security guards though, both standing around doe-eyed and securing nothing. I did hear one complain about how much he loves his job and then said “shut up” in Spanish, directed towards a crying baby of brown complexion. While this is happening, there’s a manager talking to another employee…just chatting. She’s doing this because she can, and she’s allowed to. I won’t be back to this location, it’s like going to a circus where no one cares if you’re happy.

The prices used to be good but I didn’t find one item worth my money in this crappy store.
Every isle i was browsing through another customer would literally run me over with their shopping carts…never even look back at you or say excuse me?

Trying to peacefully shop with my 14yr old son and he happens to try on shoes , some ross employee comes up and starts screaming at him , I tell her to address the parent and not child! Then she trys to intimidate the customer with security because she knew she was wrong! Will not shop here if they including security continue to harass people trying on shoes and clothing!!!
