I had called Jeff and asked about them replacing the plastic coolant pipes on my Jaguar F-TYPE R with aftermarket aluminum pipes. He said no problem and of course fluid changed, new rotors and brake pads,. He had quoted me a price and everything he was on point about the price which was very reasonable
I have to say Jeff,Scott and the rest at Rowlett Motorwerks has my business for as long as I have the car. GREAT DEPENDABLE SERVICE, AND GREAT PEOPLE. Thank You Jeff and Scott

What is there to say about these shop except these guys are personal and professional and absolutely reasonable in their pricing. Bought used BMW recently and was hoping to find a good and reputable bimmer mechanic and boy have I found them. Jeff was amazing. He was willing to answer a bunch of questions over the phone for me to help me get my car over to him. All in all, he seems like a very honest person and is looking to make a honest buck. Good vibes all around. They did great work on my car and if I need anything in the future, I will definitely be using them.

Took our Audi in for routine maintenance, and was very pleased with the work that Jeff and team did, as well as pricing. Plus, they're close to home; definitely glad about that.

these guys are excellent at what they do! I’ve taken multiple vw’s here over time and they always do their best to help and diagnose whatever issue there may be. If you’re looking for reliable and affordable mechanics they’re definitely the place to go.

Man these guys are excellent at what they do ! Very helpful and friendly! If they can’t do the job they will refer you ! But most likely this will be your place ! They provide a wide range of services! I’ve been there twice and both times they have done impeccable work ! Not to mention very affordable! I would 1000% recommend them if you’re in the Rowlett / Dallas area stop by !

I started using this shop to work on my wife’s BMW after they saved me thousands of dollars compared to what the dealership quoted me on some repairs. This past weekend we had some issues with the car and I had it towed and dropped off at the shop. Right after they opened on Monday morning they called to tell me that the car is fixed and ready to go. When i asked what the issue was they told me that a hose had come loose and that they went ahead and reattached it then checked the car to make sure that was the only issue. Called me and said there was No charge! Unfortunately, today there are so many shops that would have taken advantage of the situation and could have told me some random part was broke and charged me whatever they wanted to. These guys are honest and do great work. I highly highly recommend them, especially if you own a foreign car like a BMW or Mercedes and are tired of being ripped off by the dealership.

I have been a customer since 2021 and have always received excellent service from Jeff at Rowlett Motorwerks. I drive a 2003 BMW which has stayed in great working order in part due to my experience at Rowlett Motorwerks. Each time I come in with a problem, Jeff provides an honest and fair assessment and even tells me the items that should be watched but are not a “must fix now” problem, which is always helpful. What has made this experience even more positive on a recent visit is the addition of Jacob with whom I had the pleasure of working for the first time. Jacob’s communications were informative, prompt, friendly and clear. Even after my service was complete, I reached out to Jacob for advice on my tire and rim replacement and he did not hesitate to assist and advise. He truly went “above and beyond,” and I appreciate his attitude and expertise. Thank you, Jeff, Jacob and everyone at Rowlett Motorwerks for continuing to be a trusted auto repair shop providing stellar service!
