It should be called TRASH Collision. Poor customer service and after repairs were done my check engine light was on and the manager stated that I should drive it a 100 miles for it to reset. One of the worst places to go to for body repairs.

I brought my car here to have them fix it, but my insurance ended up totaling it. However, the staff was very friendly here and helped my parents remove some items out of the car while I was out of state before it was towed off to a yard.Thanks guys.

Very very poor experience. I have had 2 poor experiences at this location in particular. Today I dropped my car off weary of the outcome. There was a little awkwardness in our interaction given the fact that the other person there for their appointment received much better costumer service than I did but I showed no mind to that and actually dropped it off a little bit later to accommodate my rental with the expectation that my car would be repaired at this location.To my surprise I was called and at first what sounded like a question turned into only one option that being, my car would get towed on a flatbed to north Richland hills and dropped off to another shop that “needed the work” When told this I immediately declined because the whole reason I brought my car there was to have it done by people that were minutes away from where I live. It’s almost like they never had the intention to work on it on the first place. They told me they had a shortage of employees but when I dropped it off around lunchtime I saw atleast 25 people on the same room eating lunch . I believe I was lied to and I received very poor costumer service when I went to retrieve my vehicle there was no effort made by anyone to accommodate what they said they would do 2 weeks ago. Mind you I’m in a rental now so that complicates my situation because now I’ve got to find somewhere to fix my vehicle immediately since these people didn’t want to. If I could give 0 stars I would . Don’t do business here, they’ve wasted my time for the last two weeks and all day today and taken opportunities away from other shops that would treat the customer right. Thumbs down, do better. First off, it was my Mother in Laws behicle getting repaired, not mine. She was very thorough with my mother in law and highlighted with a wax pencil what they were looking at first and then what would be checked after disassembly. They called back and sent it to another shop of theirs because the work would be done faster and returned quicker. That's great. What we weren't told is the tow company used was going to use our toll tag to the tune of $46+ to get it there and that was only one way. Left us with a surprise charge to Tolltag, and a headache of calls to complete about why we were charged for Tow and paid the cost of Tolls. The people seem nice, and the fact they try to get us in and out faster are commendable. But not telling us the burden we're about to bear is a little off-putting.

YEAR 2023 and its still not worth it to come here!!!!To start off I've lost my patience with these people. One I took my car in about a MONTH ago. The insurance REFERRED me to them, however I had my own shop but they insisted I go with them. Now 3 week INTO the repair. Let me add this I already have the repair check in hand! FROM ins. Service king wants to tell the insurance theres previous damage In my vehicles front bumper. My issue is the hit was in the passenger BACK SEAT DOOR. They should not be "looking or digging for other damages as they say". The one in charge of my repairs is the lovely Christina (Cristina) whom I left 3 voice mails and can't seems to get a call back! I have to call the ins to get her to get an answer but I'm yet to hear from service king alone. Anywho now they are refusing to fix any damages including what they picked at!!! Now I got to take it to my preferred shop. And waste more time without my vehicle. Very shitty service DO NOT COME HERE AT ALL. It takes one person to burn the whole facility. Save yourself the time and money! From the moment I took my car in and she started to scribble all over the car I knew they was digging for more then that SMALL REPAIR. Now she's chewed up more then she can fix and is now unable too.

Usually, I do not write reviews but this has been a complete nightmare. Typically, I love Service King ( the one in Richardson) however, the Rowlett location was closer to my home. Their lack of communication is beyond me. They have now had my car for over a month. I call them and they do not answer, I leave messages; they do not return my call. I am highly dissatisfied and extremely disappointed.

Took my wife's car up here for ESTIMATE . They mis labeled the car and forgot multiple parts on the Estimate. Contacted them back to have them update information. Spoke with Albert on Monday he advised me not an issue expect email with updated Estimate by end of day. Next day rolls around still no estimate . Contacted Albert he states he passed on info will get it done . Call back end of day Wednesday if not received. Some new a****** answers states they fired the last estimator and that he can't do anything till I bring car back up there. Literally 2 weeks of my life wasted by these imbeciles. Stay away from here unless you want your time wasted as well. Ps . Got two other body shops to add the same part on the car they won't add. So they just blowing smoke to validate not wanting the work.

I had my front headlamp/fender smashed/dented; Service King Rowlett did the repair but my bumper started coming loose. I took my SUV back in and J.D. told me the bumper clips are part of the bumper which needed to be replaced....so why did they not replace the bumper to begin with? He had no answer other than to blame me for the bumper coming loose. He said the photos from the claim did not show the bumper being loose which was not true...all the photos I took of the front end show the bumper was detached when I first brought it in and one even shows a bumper clip being torn. J.D. said he would get with State Farm about it....nothing happened....called and left several voice mails...sent multiple emails to JD and the general manager Dennis Kuhn...no response. I contacted State Farm who called Service King Rowlett, then Albert called me...I took the SUV back in and he took photos of the bumper....nothing happened....called again several times and then spoke to Dennis Kuhn, he assured me they would upload the photos to State Farm...nothing happened. State Farm called them...they said would upload the photos....nothing happened. Customer Service is lousy if you have a problem after the initial repair. It is not good business to right out ignore your customer. This has been going on for 3 months now.Service: Body & Trim

Was involved in an accident on 9/21/22 and decided to take it to this Service King for a free estimate on 9/23/22 since it was close to my job. Spoke with someone by the name of J.D. They were very professional on providing me with details on what my estimate could turn out to be. After inspecting and taking pictures of my truck, he said to give him a few hours before sending the estimated quote after I provided him with my email. Tomorrow being Friday 9/30/22 I still have yet to receive the email he promised to send over showing the estimated quote I was hoping to receive.

The staff, and the tech’s at this Service King are the best!!! I live in Dallas, and I will not take my vehicles to anyone else!!! They do what they say, and always follow up!!! I highly recommend this service king!!! Cris, Dennis, and Tim handle business like business should be handled, so if you need any body work done, please give them a chance, you will not regret it!!!Service: Body & Trim

Shark antenna was slightly dislodged and roof had a dent where antenna was attached. They had to order a new shark antenna, repair dented roof, check wiring to see if it was damaged. All repairs completed. Great service n updates.Service: Electrical
