“It is a place that you can go to enjoy a walk, look at sunset, meet up with friends and eat, bring the kids to play on the jungle gym, run around, look at the lake and enjoy music entertainment from people who sing or play music instruments. Or just come and sit and relax and watch the beautiful lake.”

“This particular retail complex is among my preferred shopping destinations. I typically visit Target, followed by Marshall's, and then Rainbow. The convenience of having all my desired stores in a single location allows for an efficient and swift shopping experience. Upon completion of my retail errands, I may then proceed to the car wash.”

“There are multiple newish stores in this newer shopping center on the 30 East service road. The stores located in this area, to name a few, are Home Goods, Joanne's Craft, and Five Below. There are also restaurants located within, including Firehouse Subs, Freebirds Burritos, and an awesome Sushi Restaurant Edo Japan, which has an awesome Happy Hour menu. There is also an Olive Garden located near the 30 East access. There is plenty of parking in this shopping center with handicapped parking. However, parking is a major problem over by restaurants. It truly needs improvement. There is also access to this shopping complex off of South Goliad by the Zips carwash. There are many shopping options located here.”
“There is variety. I loved Local N 104; there you find figures from today's best-known anime, piñatas, sweets, stickers and keychains and the girl there is very friendly.”
“There are plenty of shops to visit in this complex, including Half Price Books, TJMax, and the up and coming Burlington Coat Factory, which is not open as of this review. Also a Pet Smart, Resoration Hardware, Dollar Tree and Kirklands. Plenty of parking and entrances, exits, including I 30 East service road or the Ralph Hall Prkwy.”

“Had an amazing time spending quality moments with my wife at Woodbridge Crossing in Murphy! Not only did we catch up and create wonderful memories, but I also got to do some shopping and picked up some great clothes. The atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable, making it the perfect spot to unwind and have fun. I loved browsing through the different stores, finding unique pieces and scoring some fantastic deals. The vibe was great, and it was wonderful to spend time with my partner in crime. Highly recommend for a fun day out with your significant other! The perfect combination of socializing, relaxation, and retail therapy made for an unforgettable experience”
“El Rio Grande is a Mexican/Latin grocery store. They have great fresh tortillas, and they are still warm when you take them out of the box. Excellent selection of meats. They have already marinated meats from chicken to rib meat and fajita meat. Some items can be a little pricey, but for the most part, they are on par with Walmart. They are definitely a lot cheaper than La Michocana.”

“An old shopping center but a lot of it is getting a facelift. I feel safe there but the high school kids that flood into Target after school is hard on the store. So much theft I’m afraid it will close down.”

“Excellent Shopping mall with a lot of restaraunts and you can pay phone bill, buy coffee, they have a food court, sell clothes, have an atm, also have a variety of other shops and restaraunts and services! Its a pretty big shopping center and they also have special events! for new years and more!”
“This thrift store has a really good clothing selection that is really well priced. I have gotten a lot of kid's clothes and women's clothes here. They have a lot of name brands and quality funds for very inexpensive. They do the colored tag system which gives additional discounts.
There are changing rooms to try things on. One is big enough to fit a stroller in which is helpful.
They have a good shoe section that especially has a lot of great women's shoes.
The toy section and appliance section are both hit or miss.
Overall, it is one of my favorite thrift stores in the area.”
“There’s an Aldi of Whataburger and Ace Hardware, Kentucky Fried chicken a car repair shop and a Dollar General along with a little Caesars available. What’s not to like??”

“Really I just want Google to stop asking me to review this place. It's a strip mall, the parking is usually a pain but there are some good places here.Updating on December 18th of 2024 to let you know that it still hasn't changed, still a strip mall that doesn't need to be reviewed.”
“It is a small mall for convenience stores. The particular store I visited is the African grocery market. There are many African food stuff you can get there. The beauty store is also very good to patronize.”

“There is a thrift store called The "Plaid Tag". I believe that it supports a charity. Great variety of clothing shoes and furniture. Aldi grocery store is also in this little strip mall.”
“I love Ross lots of brand name clothes. The only thing I don't like is that it's so crowded, messy lots of clothes on the floor not much space to walk in every section of the aisle. Mixed up sizes.”

“This little sweet diamond coffee store is so special to me in North Garland I would not like to tell you about it because it's my favorite place. Before I moved to Mesquite I will go here everyday, I had a meeting there it was nice and sweet they're very friendly, nice place to study or simply gather with friends but they have not disappointed since they open these doors. I was little worried that there may have been too many shops there that serve food it may have been competitive with this store and they have not been they're still there they're still open and they're serving strong and the reason is... They are simply blessed!!!”

“We shop at the Tom Thumb in this center. Center is clean, and feels safe. I wish they would move the cart returns to where more people could get a protected parking spot between a cart return and a curb. Our car has gotten hit a lot parking lots, so we try to park away from other cars if we can.”
