I usually don't post reviews. But this one in Rowlett, TX, deserves it. They did tinting on my car windows this week. Mo was very courteous, friendly and professional from the 1st phone call to the finishing point of the work. After I took the appointment for the windows , I did more research and decided to cancel it. Walked in 2 hours earlier to let them know about my decision.
Both MO and Grant were very polite and asked the reasons behind it. They listened to my concerns and offered me a better option. Also offered the job to start right away, instead of waiting. I am very satisfied with their work, professionalism as well as friendliness. I will definitely recommend my family and friends without any hesitation. I am very happy that I went there.

Got the top package for window tint on my brand new car. All windows plus the windshield so it was not cheap. When I got home I realized that both rear doors had a bolt and trim piece not reinstalled and the rear driver side window tint is installed crooked. The windshield after a week is still blurry Also driver window now rattles when rolled down. Mind you this was a brand new car with less than 300 miles. Sure they might be able to fix it, but I lost faith that they can do a adequate job when there was so many
issues the first time. Check around before you choose Tint World in Rowlett.

I recently had my car tinted at Tint World, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The tint on my car looks fantastic, exactly what I was hoping for. The staff were very professional and provided excellent service throughout the process. From start to finish, everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Tint World for anyone looking to get their car windows tinted!

Owners,I will change my rating to 5 star. Alarm, installed alarm on my truck 956.00 dollars,called them about taking that alarm out of that truck to put it in a different truck I bought,the price was the same to use my alarm, so I just did it my self, and when I seen the wiring job they did I was not impressed,they told me you would not find any of there wiring,a thief could have stole it very easy but to reinstall on a different truck for same price and the same alarm,means I payed very little for the alarm its self,so no not satisfied with that job first of all your guy told me 750 plus tax, and if u wire all your alarms with black tape that's not going to last and you could see all the spots where it was tied in,and second you should not call your customer a liar ,but you got your money so what you worried about , so if you do all your customers lair I wish you good business maybe you should check your jobs a little better,and now there is new owners ,and got a call from them to try to my bad experience in to a good one,they apologize for the other guys ,and to give them a chance to make it right,and in my book that's stepping up to making it right,told me come back with 20% off what ever I buy,thanks to the new owners and I will go back now will give them 5 stars for trying to make the other owners mistake right

Went in to get a kill switch Jeff was very welcoming and helped me understand the process a little more. Had a bit of miscommunication with the shop and the owner personally helped me out on his OFF DAY and checked up on the situation and did everything he could to have an happy customer. He even checked up and seen if I was happy with my service the day after. From my personally experience going into shops you don’t get an owner to really reach out and make sure you’re doing good so I love that and will be back for more items! I definitely recommend 1000 percent.

**Disappointing Experience at Tint World**
I recently visited for tinting services for my car windows, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. Upon picking up my vehicle, I was dismayed to find several issues that detracted from what should have been a straightforward service.
Firstly, the cleanliness of my car was far from satisfactory. There were visible fingerprints both inside and outside the vehicle, particularly noticeable on the windows where the tint film had been applied. This oversight was surprising and frustrating, as I expected a basic level of cleanliness considering the nature of the service.
Moreover, the quality of the tint application itself was questionable. There were areas where the tint film was not applied smoothly, resulting in noticeable bubbles and uneven edges. This lack of attention to detail reflects poorly on the professionalism of the establishment and suggests a rushed job.
Communication with the staff was another issue. There seemed to be a lack of clarity regarding the timeline for completion, and I was not informed of any potential delays or issues during the process. This lack of transparency added to the overall dissatisfaction with my visit.
For 700 dollars I expected better work.
