The Indian man at the pharmacy is rude and just ugly. I couldn’t understand what he was saying and I was being patient because I have a fever and I can’t breathe. He throws my prescription. If it wasn’t for the tech, Steven, I would have left. Steven intervened and was patient with me, and explained everything to me, What I cannot stand the most is unnecessary ugliness. Definitely going to be reporting him to the highest chain.

I have recently returned to this pharmacy after changing due to Insurance. I want to thank everyone there....Soloman, Lori, Steven, Joanne and Lisa for helping make an easy transition back. From transferring my prescriptions to learning the app, which wasn't in use when I was here before. Lisa has been a huge help with the app and learning the system. The previous Pharmacy was frequently unable to get my medication. They have been able to get them, even the difficult ones. Thanks again to everyone!!!! It's good to be back!

Called ahead to ask if my medication was in stock as it's frequently on backorder. The person I spoke with said yes it was, so I quickly contacted my doctor who called in the script in less than an hour. I called back again 6 times over the next 2 days to see if my script was ready for pickup, but nobody answered the phone after that initial call. When I dropped by in person to see if the script was ready for pickup, the person behind the counter told me no, and that they hadn't had the medication available for months now. A very frustrating experience overall.

Every time I come here there’s a long wait . Since I have transferred, had to pick up for four times to come to pick up the prescription that I was told was ready twice I have come to pick it up and they don’t even have the drug in stock.

Worst service/ experience ever. Typically will complete within 2 -4 business days if you call few times in advance and give them reminder / beg for the important medicine. Otherwise might never get a call / text from them saying "your prescription is ready. "System seems to be out all the time. Specially during busy time just like McDonald's ice cream machines.Two reasons I gave one star-A. Google forced me to give astar.B. They actually do pick upphone most of the time Icalled.

Last week the "pharmacist" called me and let me know when my husband's prescription would be ready. It was ready when I got there. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Well the reviews speak for themselves but what a nightmare. I have been trying to get a prescription filled since before 11:00 am today and after calling and back and fourth 4 times I finally receive a text that my prescription is ready. I had to go after work instead of during lunch because they couldn't get their system working for some reason. I show up at 4 to get it and surprise they can't find it. They double check my info and I show my confirmation text. They are perplexed. Another pharmacist comes over and asks my name and says that they do have it. They told me the price and I ask if it is with good rx. They say no. I ask them to apply it. He tells me to write all the info down and it will be another 15 minutes. Cvs pharmacy changes it within 30 seconds. I now am missing my 4:30 appointment bc of all of this. Very disappointed. Every interaction here has been bad but this was the final straw. Never again Tom Thumb pharmacy on 66.

Shawna in the meat department is friendly and very helpful. I like to make fried pork cutlets and she will tenderize boneless pork chops while I wait! Great service from Shawna and the team!

This is the worst pharmacy ever. I have had nothing but issues with them every single time I have a prescription. Today they wouldn’t accept my insurance because he was requiring some kind of prescription card which I don’t have any other pharmacy excepts my medical insurance card, but this guy was obviously incompetent, it’s so frustrating to me rest assured, I will never ever have another prescription sent here again.

Worst customer service. Pharmacist will not go out of his way to help out with the script. Scripts are never ready and there is always a issue.

I have been waiting on a prescription for my son’s face that’s infected from an incident for over a week. I was told they had to “order it” when I called on two separate occasions. I just called again and Joanna said that I told them that I was having the prescription transferred. No, Joanna- I spoke to you and told you to order it. I’m sorry but we have had our prescriptions filled here for over 20 years, and this is ridiculous. Then, they “put it away” and never contacted me to tell me it was ready. Thank you so much Tom Thumb! So sorry to my son whose face is infected and has been waiting on a prescription antibiotic ointment for over a week. UNACCEPTABLE

Should be 0 star. Employees were hanging around with no customers at the pharmacy but they refuse to give flu shot because we don't have appointment. The pharmacy is going down so bad over the year and the general manager has done nothing to make shoppers happy. Just simply terrible.

Made flu shot appointments got confirmation emails come in they say not scheduled wouldnt even look at the email tried to show them not friendly had a 10 and 1030 appointment and just left us sitting would not recommend
