If I could give 0 stars I would. He had a Kia soul that my husband spoke with him about. We are 1.5hrs from this location. Joel told my husband to come up there. When my husband gets there he had “sold” it. Never messaged my husband to tell him anything when he had just been talking to him. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Do not go here!

I asked them if I could come see one of their listed cars. They told me to come right away,I drive straight there, by the time I got there they sold it. They didn’t wait at all and told me to come and didn’t bother to tell me they sold it. I wasted my time. Bad communication and horrible customer service.

It has been over 4 months and I have not received my plates unfortunately. Will be filing a Dealership complaint with the DMV.

it’s been 4 months and i still haven’t received my metal plates title or registration papers they do not answer the phone and has made this whole experience terrible for me

they are the worst car deal they are just a fraud i bought a car i took the dealer 4 months to give me the title and register the car do not do business with them
They are the worst car business. They are just a fraud. Buy a car. It took the dealer 4 months to give me the title and register the car. Don't do business with them.
