Great place to rent a uhaul

This location is scheduled to open at 9am. However; employees did not arrive to open the store until 9:15am. Customers are on a strict timeline with movers. This caused significant delays in my schedule, my movers schedule and their next job after mine all because U-Haul did not open on time. First thing my mover said is "We are not off to a good start".

I reserved a truck, furniture dolly and utility dolly two weeks ahead of time for a one way move. I received a phone call stating I would need to pick the truck up from a different location which was not a huge issue. I was told over the phone that the equipment was available the day before the rental. I went to pick up the truck and was told there was no utility dolly and there were none available at any other local stores. I ended up taking the truck and furniture dolly and had to purchase a utility dolly from the local hardware store. I returned the furniture dolly to the pickup location after purchasing my own utility dolly. Now I'm seeing a statement of charges for the furniture dolly. This is unusual as I've moved several times over the last ten years and never had this poor of an experience from U-Haul.

There is a note saying at lunch and will return at 2 pm. The business hours shows 9 am to 6 pm but it is not easy to find some one in here.

Easy to do business with. I had an appointment at another location and they weren't even there so I called uhaul and they sent me here which had my trailer but it was a bit of a drive. The guys here knew I needed to go quick so they hooked me up and I was gone fast. Thanks
