Staff is always friendly and quick- I’ve even accidentally taken a USPS drop off and they offered to still take it. Convenient location as well.

This UPS store personnel was very nice and friendly. Ken helped me with my Amazon return and showed me how to use may digital wallet with Amazon order. Who knew! I am glad he was there to show me how that worked.

I love the UPS store 4897 in Rowlett, Tx. The guys there are so friendly and it just seems like they ‘read the room’ and look for ways to help out the customers who are standing in line. I don’t ever see one of them just hanging out in the back on their phones. Great place!

Brock was very helpful! I was preparing to mail bridesmaid proposals across the country. He not only helped me find the correct packaging to ensure the integrity and safety of the contents, but also was quick! He paid attention to detail, noticing one zip code was far different than the others he confirmed the town to make sure it was going to the correct location. He highlighted my tracking numbers on the receipts and also pointed out how I can find them on the master copy. He served my needs and left me feeling confident these important packages will be delivered with care. Thank you, Brock!
