The Rowlett, TX store on Lakeview Pkwy staff are always friendly and patient. They are very efficient at getting people taken care of, I've rarely had a long wait. My daughter says she won't go to the one in Plano, TX because they are so slow. I won't go anywhere other than our UPS store. Keep up the good service.

They have a computer setup for Amazon returns which makes it easy and fast and no waiting in line.

A five-star experience! The UPS store employee is incredibly quick, and the staff is top-notch! Their customer service is truly appreciated. I am impressed by how efficiently UPS has trained their employees, resulting in speedy service. Visit once and you'll be out in no time. This is definitely my preferred UPS store, and I will certainly be a returning customer.
