Honestly not sure what’s up with the ratings. Maybe I went in during the lucky days? Went in to do change of address & request post box swap. Will was super nice and polite, explained and flawlessly handled our requests. We went back a few days later to pick up new mailbox keys, and it was a smooth process too.

The guy behind the counter was so rude! And a sticker that says “fragile” is $12? What’s up with that. His sarcastic reply was that I could write it for free… That was the first of several rude comments.

It’s true that they are incredibly rude here. I made an appointment for my son’s passport. We came on time (actually a few minutes early) to our appointment with all paperwork filled out and pictures already taken. I don’t know how I could have made this man’s job easier. I was in no way rude (I barely said anything, just provided the documents he asked). We brought two 2x2 photos per the instructions that are on a sign right in front of the door to the passport office as well as on the application. He took one copy and stapled it to the application and left the other one on the table. Note, he didn’t pass it back to me he just left it there. When I asked him, will you be needing the 2nd copy of the picture? He said to me, “If I handed it back to you it means I didn’t need it.” So yeah, that’s the kind of energy these people give off here. All I can say is it takes little to no effort to be kind and there were a million ways he could have said that such as “no, you can have it back” without sounding the way he did.I would say though there is one gentlemen that is the delivery driver in this area that is kind and pleasant. He tried to sort out the issue with the previous owners at my home having extensive amount of mail still being sent to my home.

Honestly if I could give it 0 starts I would ? They have zero empathy and zero customer service etiquette. Instead of explaining something to me, he gave me a rude remark ??♀️ avoid if you can please!

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***Consistently the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my almost half a century on the planet. Unbelievably rude. They want to do as little as possible. They have a 1 star rating. That’s not an accident/ coincidence. They don’t even deserve that high of a rating.

Absolutely awful organization. Over the last 2 weeks I’ve had 4 checks go missing. It shows up on the mail preview and everything comes in the mail minus the checks. I complained at the office and they said nothing they can do. Today another kind resident 12 miles away called and said she received one of my checks in the mail. No accountability and i will be filing formal complaints with evidence to the postmaster. Avoid at all costs. We are getting P.O. Boxes at another location due to mail not making it to our home or P.O. Box

Had an appointment at 11:30 to get my first passport that iwas 5 min late for & the first worker was a little snarky however I realized I was not only late but I also left my id at home. He told me as long as I made it back before 2:30 I could go as a walk in. I came back within 30 mins and there was another person at the desk, a woman that was servicing someone ahead of me. When my turn came she was very polite and had me out of there within 15 mins. Accommodating enough if you ask me. Do what you will with this information.

I’d like to leave zero stars. I’m signed up with USPS to receive an email everyday of the mail I’m going to receive. I had been tracking something I ordered online that showed it had been delivered to the post office and would be arriving my house on a Wednesday. It never showed up so I tracked it again and it said there had been a delay and it would arrive on Thursday. It never showed up so I tracked it again and it said it had been sent back to the sender and was now in Dallas. I call the place I ordered from and they failed to but my street on the packaging label so it was being sent back to them. Why couldn’t Rowlett look my name up and see where they deliver my mail everyday ? I’m registered with USPS , don’t they have access to my address ? I’ve had so many problems with this post office it’s ridiculous .

I absolutely despise coming to this post office! It’s always an inconvenience or an issue going on with the employees. They’re very rude and unprofessional! I can’t understand how they still have a job here! It always has a funny smell when I come here. The energy is dark and very draining. I’ve even witnessed other customers get treated poorly! It’s not like it’s a difficult job by far! Especially those who have been working there for years should know how to operate their place of business! If I had the power to shut it down I would! The workers are miserable, racist,and pathetic! Do better Karen’s and kens!

Easy to find what boxes or packages you're looking for. Employees tend to have bad attitudes and seem to hate their job. Don't recommend coming here to ship anything, go to another USPS office for better service.

The worker at the front was extremely rude and condescending when I brought in a box to get shipped out. He tried to bully me into buying expedited shipping and tape, and made jokes at my expense in front of the other customers to try and humiliate me, going as far as bringing a ruler out and pointing toward the different shipping options while snickering when I kept asking for regular shipping. When I finally agreed to buy the tape, he dismissed me for the next customer without even explaining what I was supposed to do next. I don’t understand why a guy who probably makes $9 an hour and ships boxes out for a living is making ME out to be the idiot
