“I took my great Pyrenees there today because my regular vet was out of town. My dog Athena has a hematoma on her earlobe. I had called three other vets and talk to them over the phone about her ear and they all wanted to do surgery which was gonna cost me anywhere from 1000.00 to 1500.00 depending on which one I went to. When I called Liberty Grove Veterinarian Clinic. The receptionist said I would have to bring her in and let the doctor decide what to do cause there’s several different treatments that could be offered. So I took a chance and took her in. I met Dr. Wallace. He was very sweet and kind. He’s a young guy and he was right out front with me and told me that he could recommend surgery but it’s not 100% and normally it doesn’t work anyway and it’s really a waste of money more times than not. The best way was to treat her ear infection, cause she had yeast infections in both her ears too and we needed to get take care of that problem, and hopefully in time that hematoma would go down on its own. He told me that draining it isn’t 100% either and more than likely the fluid would fill the earlobe back up. He explained everything very thoroughly to me and didn’t rush me or anything like that. It was a very pleasant visit and he made my puppy dog feel very comfortable while he was in the room with her. I love the vet that I normally go to, but this vet will be my go to when he’s not available for now on. Anyone seeking a vet I highly recommend this vet clinic.”

“Although it's called Animal Hospital of Rowlett. So much more than that. We've boarded our dog's here, get them check ups and nails taken care of here... the 1 less star is because when i did have an emergency and went up to ask somebody to help, they didn't seem exactly willing to help me at the time then the lady goes it'll be 500$ and we might be able to see her. I can't do a might, I needed help than.She already had a appt the next day. What would have cost 500 for a might get seen, was 175$ including her medication, blood work and appt and nails.”
