If I could give zero stars, I would. The Walgreens pharmacy located at Highway 66 and Dalrock is by far the most unprofessional and frustrating pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is consistently rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to the needs of their customers.
Refills are always late — sometimes by a week or more — and when you try to talk to someone about it, don’t expect any sympathy or solutions. You’ll just hear, “We don’t care,” as if your health and time mean nothing. It doesn’t matter how important your medication is or what the delay might cause you — they simply don’t take responsibility.
I’ve had enough of the constant runaround, the lack of communication, and the total disregard for patients. This place is a nightmare. I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Go literally anywhere else if you value your health and sanity.

Apparently people going home is more important than sick people getting their medicine with the current staff. I drove up at 8:59 and they were closing the window. I got their attention and said can I get my medication and he said we were closed I said sure so we have one minute it's 8:59 and I am ill. He said we've already pulled our registers and it is 9:00 I said yes sir it is 8:59 and he proceeded to tell me it was 9:00. Really 1 minute is not worth picking over the lack of compassion is what gets me. This was someone in his early twenties who clearly didn't care about someone about his grandmother's age getting meds. I will take my business else where. Walgreens if you read this please feel free to pull your cameras and hopefully you have audio with it this is utterly ridiculous.

I consistently give Walgreens in Rowlett, at the corner of Dalrock and the 66, a 5-star rating for its outstanding service and convenience. The store is impeccably clean, and its strategic location makes it easily accessible.The drive-thru service is a game-changer—efficient, friendly, and always accurate. It's a relief to have a pharmacy that prioritizes speed without compromising on service quality. The drive-thru is not only well-maintained but also exceptionally easy to navigate. Whether it's a prescription pickup or a quick purchase, the process is seamless. Walgreens at Dalrock and the 66 has become my go-to for its commitment to cleanliness, convenience, and top-notch service. Kudos to the team for consistently exceeding expectations! ??

I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. we were in the middle of receiving my wife's prescription when the worker shut the window on us and said "we are going on lunch break. Come back in 30 minutes." this is not the first negative interaction I have had with these people. it is clear they lack professionalism and common sense. if you don't want to be treated poorly then I recommend going to another location.

Not a bad location, with decent parking and so so access as it's on a busy corner. They could use more employees though, and their Halloween candy aisle is woefully understocked. They are usually prepared for my treat giving needs by now, so what gives?

This is an awful place to get your prescriptions filled. If you go inside or use the drive-thru, the staff takes their sweet time waiting on you. They are always out of different kinds of prescription medicines. They have gotten my prescriptions wrong, but luckily I pay attention. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great follow up today with the pharmacist, after picking up new script he called me just asking if I had any questions regarding new meds ! Great follow up by Robin .
