The lack of professionalism is crazy. I came after my doctor sent over my prescription. It was said at first that they didn’t see anything for me. After about 5 minutes they finally saw it. It took over an hour to fill prescription and I was told I’d receive a text message. I received no message but went to the counter to check for myself and they said that it was ready. There’s no telling when or if I would have received a text with an update. I arrived at 7:08p and didn’t leave until 8:30p.

I’m giving a 1 star simply because I can’t give a -10 stars. This is the absolute worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with. I have had many prescriptions at other Walgreens through the nation and in two other Walgreens in the Dallas area. Never had a problem. The Walgreens in the Dallas area were polite, helpful, and punctual. I transferred my exact prescriptions from a Dallas Walgreens to this Walgreens after moving nearby. In the past three months they have failed to get a single prescription correct. Today I went to pick up prescriptions. Several I had requested refills on three and four days earlier. The app said two of the prescriptions are in progress. I was told one was to arrive several days from today, even though it showed in progress for three days. The other was removed from the in progress when I asked about it. I was told it would be available some point in the future after they contacted their warehouse. Mind you, I ordered these refills, with available refills on the prescription, three days earlier. This prescription was shown to be in progress also. Obviously, nothing was happening. I’m now out of these critical medications, even when I do everything I’m supposed to do. They take no action to actually order the medication.They are completely and utterly incompetent at this location. Save yourself from total aggravation and find another pharmacy. Even if it’s another Walgreens. This location is in capable of filling timely and correct prescriptions. I immediately went to a competing pharmacy and transferred all of my prescriptions. You would be wise to do the same.

Prescriptions are always delayed but the staff and pharmacists are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do follow up with you.

Horrible customer service. Slow, overwhelmed, and they don't really care. Waited in line for 10 minutes because someone else didn't know what they were doing and when I finally got to the register, the woman just walked off and then finally came back to tell me to wait. I just walked out. I hate this pharmacy.
Update, I gave this location another chance and they continue to disappoint. If you can go somewhere else. They are consistently screwing up prescriptions and out of stock and want you to pay and then pay again when items come in which completely screws up co-pays. I'm in the service industry and hope to one day return the favor to the pharmacy personnel. 11/07/2023 more problems with refills. Out of stock issues. Ran out of meds waiting for them to refill.

I ran into this Walgreen's to buy a blood pressure monitor. The store was very clean and organized. I was in a hurry, but wish I would have had time to look around. The lady who checked me out at the front counter was very sweet.

The pharmacist on duty tonight was more than helpful. A medication was on back order and he used the system to look up other Walgreens that had it. I got lucky with another location thanks to his help! Thank you sir!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the manager Maria was the worst won’t be back. Extremely rude! And I quote “she doesn’t make enough” to deal with customer complaints in a professional matter.

As soon as I parked, I saw a line for the pharmacy wrapped around the building, which didn't matter since I get my prescriptions from CVS. I got out of my car, walked towards the entrance and watched a Walgreens employee smoking in the entryway, real classy... she saw me walking in so she stopped and walked back inside quickly. If your employees are going to smoke, tell them to do it in the back of your building, not in front of the main entrance. I walked in and noticed both restrooms were out of order, turned around and walked out. Watching employees smoke right in front of the entrance and not even having a public restroom open was enough to make me not want to come back.
