My nearest Walgreens is always late or in arrears, often times they don't have certain pills so they order them from another pharmacies and as a result you as a customer or patient are constantly behind. Today, out of eight medicines, four are late and I don't like going to Walgreen's three or more times for prescribed medications. Next time I will ask the doctor to switch to the Walgreen's in the area where the doctor's office is.
Today is the 7th and some of my prescriptions will be ready on 15th. And guess what? My next refill will be due in 15th of the next month, (?) because Walgreens pharmacy refills policy goes from the date you picked them up instead from the date they have been ordered!? Ridiculous.

The fact that this Walgreens is in Rowlett still shocks me to this day. Their pharmacy is the absolute worse. First they have insane hours that don't even match what they say online. What kind of Walgreens pharmacy closes at 6pm on a Saturday? Secondly they often don't have medicine. They often close for odd reasons and they often just always have an issue going on. I couldn't even imagine what it would be like to deal with them if I actually had some sort of illness where I had to visit the pharmacy on a frequent basis like weekly. I hate that they are now the closest pharmacy to my house.

Pharmacy staff is horrible. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone on the phone regarding an issue with your prescription. They will answer for 1 second and then put you on hold for the rest of eternity.

The pharmacy is amazing! They’re so kind, professional, and informative. Their attitude and work ethic is refreshing when compared to the other Rowlett Walgreens or any other pharmacy I’ve picked up from. So thank you!
The store is great too, I never run into issues there either!

Stocked easy to find. Cashier ignoring long line of customer to chat it up with a girlfriend. We kept our composure and just shook our heads.
Where is a self checkout when you need it? This is when one should absolutely replace an inefficient worker with one not so easily distracted.

Went to take a flu shot around 9:00 am. I was told to wait 25 minutes since I didn't have an appointment, even, though it was only me there. I went to CVS across the street and I got the flu shot in a couple of minutes.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced and the manager Maria was the worst won’t be back. Extremely rude! And I quote “she doesn’t make enough” to deal with customer complaints in a professional matter.

Wayne the pharmacy tech is great. He he has great customer service skills, he answers all the questions you have for him I recommend this pharmacy.
