2 Stars is generous. This place is managed terribly from stockers to the attitudes of the employees. I would ceryainly consider other shopping alternatives even if its an emergency. This place is pretty bad business. But you may be Walmart people and feel good with disrespectful setvice and poor performance and stocking. Im just not a fan and expect more. But their parking lot is full. So... 🤷

The woman greeter needs to learn how to wear her mask. Either OVER her nose or not at all. It doesn't do any good wearing it under her nose

My friend and I have been coming to the store on Forest Lane in Dallas, with our backpacks in a shopping cart to shop, for years. On Wednesday, 4/10, when we came in to shop, we had our backpacks in our cart as usual then proceeded to the optical department first as I purchased clip-on sunglasses. I had my receipt in the bag. We then proceeded to the metal entry gate to enter the store to finish the rest of our shopping when an entry greeter told us no backpacks were allowed in the store and haven't been since August. We told her that wasn't true as this is the first time this has happened to us. We presented my clip-on glasses receipt but that didn't matter so we told her this store just lost our business. We then went to the Cockrell Hill store location and had no problem. We will be shopping here from this point forward.

I had an experience yesterday day at my local Wal-Mart located on Lakeview Pkwy. I attempted to purchase a container of cashews .l scan the item but needed an employee approval .The attendant came over and scanned their code clear the error .So, I scanned the item again same thing but this time, a different attendant came cleared the error and told me the item had a recall issued even though the store still had multiple packages on the shelf go figure. 🤔 I'm not sure about shopping there going forward.
